I got a sample of this about a year ago when Oasis was giving them out for free. I got Bardot but it was far too light for me I gave it to my niece who enjoyed it. Then I saw Hepburn for sale second hand I had my fingers crossed that it would be a match. Unfortunately my skintone is far too dark for it. But I am mixing it with other foundations to bring the colour up to my tone.
Oasis is a well known kiwi brand that caters towards a skincare market. So many fellow beauty reviewers have rated this highly and so I wanted to get a feel for what this product is like.
Packaging: Comes in a beautifully labelled pump bottle. It has how to use on the back of it. On the front it has the Oasis labelling with Beautiful array of colours going down one side. Each pump of cream comes out easily and non messy.
Consistency- A thin to medium layer of product. Has a slight scent to it. I can't really describe it but I didn't like it.
Application- I like to use my brush and beauty blender with this. This product smooths over my skin easily. For light coverage two pumps. For full coverage I needed four to five pumps.
Results- This BB cream lasted me up to a minimun of Four hours and started to fade out for me. I did need to do touch ups with this. It didn't really do a full coverage for me. But typically thats what I would expect from a BB cream. Price wise its high, theres no way I would spend this amount on a BB cream maybe foundation I would. I had no skin irritations at all. Would I use it again , no because it cost too much for me to buy.
After seeing so many good things about this I decided to give it a try...it was awful! Didn't have any coverage on my skin, was really hard to work with and the lightest colour is just so dark! It felt like a sticky, heavy mess on my skin so I had to remove it straight away, would not use it again. Very disappointed.
Wondering if I got a bad batch as people seem to love it. For the price I was definitely expecting something amazing.
