This was given to me as a gift from my mum as it didn't work well with her hair (course, thick, curly, frizzy), but since we have completely different hair types I thought I'd give it a go and I love it! My hair is thin, fine and falls out alot! I've found that using this before I blow dry and straighten my hair makes it feel smoother and softer compared with using no products. The reason this doesn't get 5/5 for me is that it doesn't work for everyone and I feel like there are other products out there that can do just as good a job as this one, without costing $18.99
