I purchased this product after reading that its meant to be good for fine hair that needs volume and to help growth. I found it definitely helped with the growth however at the beginning of using this it did work but after using it for a while I found it worked less and my hair started feeling oily. If using I would alternate with another shampoo. This product does have an amazing smell to it.

I have purchased a few bottles of the conditioner in particular, it's really good.
The product is nice and thick with a lovely almost nutty scent. The bottle is quite stiff so squeezing the product out is not so easy when your running low.
I leave the conditioner on for 5 min in the shower so my hair is throughly conditioned before rinsing. My hair felt hydrated and soft with little flyaways after using this product for at least one week.
My hair is quite long so this bottle didn't last me very long, maybe one month. If it weren't for the price I would purchase this conditioner a lot more often, otherwise great product.
This was my "go-to" for about two years.
The product was excellent, both products being thick and creamy in texture. These always seemed to last a long long time for me before I would need to top up and re purchase. (Product would last me about 2 months - and I wash my hair daily! Bad I know >.<)
For me the shampoo lathered up beautifully and felt luxurious. I have curly hair that comes down past my shoulders and I only needed a small amount (about the size of a $1 coin) for my hair to completely lather up and become soapy.
The conditioner was thick and I feel it penetrated well into my hair to make it shiny and soft to the touch.
All in all I think these are wonderful products, the packaging is nice and simple. It has a lovely scent, lathers well and is nice and thick in texture. Lasts a very long time for me, and is readily available in most supermarkets.
Tips: A little goes a long way!
I have both the shampoo aND conditioner of this. Brought them at countdown. They are very pricy! They are both really thick so you don't need to use much at all. I think these would be great for people have have a oily hair. This doesn't dry your hair out but it's not highly moisturising either.
I really don't like the bottle design. As the products inside are so thick it's hard getting it out the lids. You can't turn them upside down either to help.
This makes my hair really shiny and smooth. I really need more moisture tho. It doesn't effect my scalp or sensitive skin so points for that
I bought the conditioner and two oils. I have to say I really like the oils but the conditioner has not really amazed me. The bottle is weird you cannot turn it upside down to get the last of it but I like gold. The smell is not yucky but it is nothing that makes you really want to buy it again unless you like mild scents, One good thing is a little seems to go a long way which makes up for the price of the product. You can feel the smoothing effect but I did not notice it really penetrating deep into the hair much I do like the fact it is free from some unpleasant additives. Also claims to protect hair from heat damages etc I feel it is one of those all in one products that is a bit over rated although I have not used long term or everyday as I do like to alternate my shampoo and because the scent it mild. I do not know if I would re buy at this stage because it simply does not seem that good but there was some softness and silkyness I do really like the oils I bought with this they smell like lollies!
Tried this one recently after I received rave reviews from a friend who is using this and urged me to try this. I have got an extremely oily scalp and extremely dry hair which is not the perfect combination. I generally avoid conditioners as my hair is pretty thin and they just weigh it down. But the shampoo was good to use. Nothing great or bad about the smell and the squeeze out container is easy to use. Though it did nothing to tame my frizzy hair or add moisture to my strands, it didn't make it bad either. I didn't notice any increase in my hair fall after using this for a couple of times, which is pretty good in my opinion as I tend to lose a lot of hair if I try any bad shampoos. It didn't work wonders for my hair but I am happy with the fact that it didn't damage it either. I would repurchase this if it is on sale, otherwise it is a bit pricey when compared to my other go to shampoo.
I used it at a friend's house and it left my hair fluffy and well cleaned which was great, definitely better than the shampoo i usually buy. only downside imo is the price. It is too expensive for so little product.
I have shoulder length hair that can get oily very quickly. I was looking for a sulphate free shampoo and conditioner when I stumbled across this duo. I had to think about the fact that buying the duo at $19 a piece was a lot of money wasted if it didn't deliver what it claimed. Anyway the sulphate free claim won me over. To be honest, I didn't really see any difference to my hair as opposed to what I was already using. My hair did feel and smell nice but that's about all. I did feel better for the fact that my hair colour would not be stripped and that no sulphate or parabens were plaguing my hair and scalp. I probably wouldn't use this particular duo of the OrganiX again but I will definitely move on and try one of their other ones in the range.
Tips: 385ml is a generous amount and would have lasted a lot longer if my daughter hadn't taken the liberty of helping herself to it.
I love the Ogx awapuhi ginger shampoo and conditioner but it is so hard to find, the joy of rural NZ. So while I was at the big town supermarket I found this one. I also love argan oil and have found it working wonders in my hair so I thought this would be perfect for my dry hair.
The blue bottles stand out and are different to other shampoo and conditioner bottles. The lids are easy to flip open and shut and easy to get both the shampoo and conditioner out. The only thing I don't like about this, is the bottles don't sit on their lids so you do need to shake them quite a bit.
The shampoo is like a pearl beige colour and the conditioner is a cream colour the consistency of both of these is quite thick especially the conditioner it's very thick. The scent of these is just like a normal shampoo and conditioner nothing really amazing which disappointed me I thought it would have been amazing.
With this shampoo and conditioner you don't need to use too much, the shampoo lathers up quite a lot. The conditioner is very thick and goes a long way. After my hair had dried it didn't feel exceptionally soft or nourished it was just average. I don't think this shampoo and conditioner is worth the relatively high price tag.
I like the OGX range of shampoos and conditioners and this one was no exception. The shampoo cleanses nicely, leaving hair feeling smooth and clean and the conditioner nicely moisturises and hydrates the hair. The scent is strong but pleasant.
