I really like everything about this cream except the price point!

Olay Eyes I don't use an eye cream, its never been a part of my skincare routine. But I'm in my 40's now and the fine lines around my eyes are more visual so this trial came at a good time. Starting off with packaging - it comes in a silver foil/clear box with a seal. It's eye catching and the information is straightforward- it has no added fragrance, parabens or dyes and says it brightens skin around the eyes, has fast absorption, is non-greasy and instantly hydrates and brightens (in a nutshell). Directions are to use it morning and evening on cleansed skin, massage it in all around the eyes. It contains Niacinamide and Vitamin C - I wasn't sure what Niacinamide was but have noticed it being advertised in serums and moisturisers lately so had a little read up and basically its a form of Vitamin B3 which is an essential nutrient that supports many cellular processes it has many benefits and aids keeping skin healthy - sounds great! I was a bit dubious about morning use because I wear makeup most days - wasn't sure how it would wear with makeup but it does absorb beautifully and makeup wears as it usually does so it wasn't an issue. The cream itself is slightly translucent more like a gel, has almost no scent and massages in easily. It feels fresh, smooth and hydrated afterwards - I move on to moisturising and brushing teeth to give it a few minutes to fully absorb and dry before starting on makeup. I feel like this is a good starting point for an eye cream, my fine lines aren't too prominent so for me this will be perfect for a few years.

I had been looking for a new eye cream when this little beauty came into my life. My first impression was how much packaging there was, however, it did make me feel secure that it hadn't been tampered with. Something I had experienced from supermarket brands in the past. It only took 9 days before I started to see a difference in my fine lines around my eyes. The stubborn bags under my eyes would take closer to three weeks to improve, but improve they did! The gel-like texture is cooling and soothing for tired eyes and skin. It quickly started to become a habit and it was the first thing I reached for. I would even wear it on its own at times. The formula was quickly absorbed and left my skin feeling hydrated without the stickiness. It sat perfectly underneath my day cream, serum, and foundation. I am extremely impressed and will be including this in my permanent routine.

I’ve been using this in combination with the moisturizer for a few weeks now. I like that it absorbs quickly, definitely doesn’t feel heavy on my skin but leaves by skin hydrated! I think it’s helped brighten around my eyes too. It’s also smells lovely, like citrusy and feels refreshing after a warm shower!

This cream comes in fairly standard Olay packaging. It is a super lightweight cream that almost seems watery when first feeling it, but it goes on so nicely. You only need to use a very small amount and it spreads quite far, and the little pot will last a very long time. Definitely makes it affordable and cost effective and compares really well with other similar products. It doesn't have a fragrance which makes it feel safer for use around the eyes. It feels silky and smooth to apply and does leave the eyes feeling cool and refreshed. I have recently turned 50 and do have fine lines around and under my eyes now, but I found this cream keeps the skin around my eyes so hydrated that the lines seem fainter. I also got a flu while using this product which gave me big bags under my eyes, but when I used this cream it refreshed and tightened the skin under my eyes so much that the bags nearly disappeared. I found it interesting that you can put this cream on your eyelids as well as under and around the eye, and I think this has something to do with how refreshed the entire eye looks. I will definitely buy this cream again - although it wont be for a long time as pot is going to last me most of the year at this rate. I definitely recommend this cream.

This is more of a gel than a cream, it applies really well and doesn’t drag the delicate skin around the eye area.

It is very hydrating and definitely cooling as the product claims to be.

I like to dab is on at night and don’t fully rub it in so just let it sit on my skin.

I have noticed a huge improvement with the darkness I used to have under my eyes.

The jar is small but the product will last me a long time as a little bit goes a really long way and because this is more of a gel texture you only need a tiny bit of product.

I have not yet incorporated an eye cream into my routine, so it was really great to trial this product. First of all, the gel texture is amazing, it feels cooling (even better if stored in the fridge!!), and absorbs really well. A tiny bit goes a long way, so this product would last a while.

In terms of results over a three week period, I definitely noticed smoother more hydrated skin around my eyes, and concealer sat way better. I am actually really impressed, and will most likely buy this after I use it all. I have quite sensitive eyes, and this did not irritate them in any way at all. T

I love this eye cream. The gel like cream smoothes on effortlessly and absorbs quickly, perfect for under eye makeup. Straight away it feels soothing, great for my slightly puffy eye area. It feels wonderfully hydrating and fine lines look less noticeable. The best thing of all was how it helped my dark circles. My eye area looks brighter, more even toned with hardly any dark circles now. I will definitely be purchasing this eye cream again. I highly recommend this product!

I love this cute little jar of goodness! It's a small jar and can seem quite pricey but you need such a small amount at a time that it's going to last you a reasonable time! It spreads really well and it's a nice thin consistency without being too thin. It's easy to use and it feels nice to apply. It doesn't have too much of a smell, which you don't really want in an eye cream when it's such a sensitive area. I do have very sensitive eyes and it wasn't too bad on my skin. I did have one patch that reacted a little but nowhere near how I have reacted to eye creams in the past so I was pleasantly surprised with this product! I felt the product did do what it said with brightening my eyes. I usually have very dark circles under my eyes and I have actually found they haven't been so dark (and I haven't had any extra sleep!) I would recommend this product, I am happy with it and I think you get bang for your buck on this one! Olay really know how to skin products well and this carries on the legacy!

Used this every day and night hoping it may help with bags under eyes. Not so good with the bags but definitely reduced the fine lines on outside of eye area. Huge container compared to most eye creams. A tiny amount goes a long way. I will continue to use hoping to further reduce lines
