I really felt like there was a deep hydration that took place when I put the cream onto my skin. It very easily absorbed into my skin and had a soft texture that was gentle and easy to apply. It is early to tell but I already feel and look as though my skin is fresher, younger, and healthier. I feel good knowing that it has peptides that make my skin feel more alive yet are safe on my skin. I really liked this product and think it has made a difference already. Thank you for letting me trial! <3

Tips: Ideal to use with the serum
I love Olay products, their moisturisers are next level and this was nothing less. I found this moisturiser to be very hydrating but not greasy. It make my skin feel refreshed and rejuvenated. I did find the tub to be quite heavy and bulky though so not so great to travel with unfortunately, however you could pop some into a smaller container to keep in your makeup or hand bag. I found my skin clearing up and appearing "happy" after using this. I do love this moisturiser although I did miss the fragrance.
First up, I am obsessed with the packaging and bottles. I think this is one if the first times where the boxes are similar size to the actual product! I have been using this after the serum each evening for just over a week now. The moisturizer really, really goes a long way - I can see this tub lasting a long time. My skin feels lovely at the time but notice tightness in the morning - is this moisture loss or the Collagen working? I have also began to break out around my chin and cheeks (purge or not the right fit??) Other than this, I am yet to notice any dramatic changes. I will continue tobuse and see what happens.
Tips: A little goes a long way!
I'm usually pretty basic when it comes to moisturisers, but this has really changed my perspective and i will buying this from now on. I have used it religiously since being lucky enough to get on the trial. Within 2 days my cracked lips were back to normal and softer than before. It dries really fast which is super handy and barely has a smell. Also being such a secure little pot, I'm happy to have it in my handbag without being worried of the lid coming off!
I am in love with this moisturiser. It is thick and really hydrating. The packaging and moisturiser feel really luxurious. So good that is has niacinamide in it as it removes the need for a niacinamide serum. It has lasted me a long time so i would say it’s totally worth the price as it lasts a while. My one irritation with this product would be the little cap under the lid, it’s quite hard to pull off and I’ve been scared I was going to break a nail and am forever dropping it but want to leave it on for freshness.
I have used this for a while and my skin has felt amazing. So smooth and plump and feels hydrated. I haven’t had results like this with a moisturiser before and I look forward to using it morning and night. I would really highly recommend this to anyone. I have combination skin so I just avoid my nose, and my dry areas have not felt dry since using this.
Tips: Use a little and build on it as it goes quite far and you don’t need a huge amount of it.
Lovely thick luxurious cream. I expect nothing less from an Olay moisturiser. Didn’t notice a fragrance. A little goes a long way for me. Absorbed into the skin well. Left me a little tacky, but not in a bad way as it was 90% absorbed in. That feeling soon went away. Didn’t leave me greasy, possibly because it had niacinamide in it. I’m not a morning moisturising person, so after my morning wash, and through out the day, my skin started going a bit dry. That could be the change of season, but my skin hasn’t had it’s usually dry patches in over a year, so might have been the product. I have only tried one other Olay regenerist moisturiser, and I do like this one better. But I probably wouldn’t use this as my regular moisturiser as I have other favourites.
Positives - fragrance free.
Now onto the negatives. I’ll start with the packaging! I don’t know why skin care companies continue to package their creams in open containers. Especially Olay who has their Total Effects line in an airless pump. I understand that the glass is lovely but I care more about what’s actually inside than the packaging that it comes in.
The cream itself is just okay. It’s very basic, no fragrance (excellent) and is a standard cream consistency. Neither too thick nor too thin. Now the reason I’ve given this cream one star…
It does not mix well with ANY other skin product except for the matching serum. I first tried it with the matching product and it was fine but my skin felt very dry and tight then next morning. I decided to include my regular products and just switch out my normal moisturiser to see if helped. But it was a disaster. As soon as I applied this cream it turned into a gooey mess. It wouldn’t absorb, it formed gooey patches and I ended up having to wash it off.
For the rest of the trial period I used the cream and matching serum together only. I noticed no positive changes to my skin, only a little more dryness.
Another thing to note is that I have quite reactive skin and this cream was absolutely fine, no sensitivity whatsoever so that’s great!
Tips: Use the matching serum or the cream on its own. Be careful applying with other skin care products that aren’t in the same range.
Olay’s regenerist collagen peptide 24 moisturizer locks in the skin's moisture and hydrates for up to 24 hours.
Olay says it instantly plumps, visibly firms and smooths fine lines with collagen peptide and niacinamide, which deeply penetrates into the epidermis layer of the skin.
The product comes in a jar and is packaged in Olay’s tamper resistance packing.
The moisturizer is thick, rich and creamy. It glides onto the skin and leaves it feeling smooth and hydrated.
It looked to smooth lines during application, but once it melted into the skin, the effect was gone.
When I get a jar of cream like this, my one thought always is “I wish they included an applicator so I didn’t have to find one or use my fingers”.
But all in all it’s a luxurious cream in luxurious packaging.
Tips: Apply after the serum for maximum effect.
I really love how rich this moisturiser is, and also how plump my skin feels.
Usually i need to moisturise my skin a couple times a day due to my skin feeling so dry, but once a day is enough with this product. My skin feels incredibly soft and plump, and it feels that way the entire day. Olay also didn’t skimp on packaging. The pot is absolutely beautiful, and looks and feels so expensive. I would definitely recommend this moisturiser for ageing skin, and also dry skin. The only down side is that this moisturiser burns when you apply to skin, but the birn only lasts for a minute, and then skin feels amazing.
Tips: I would recommend using this moisturiser with the olay regenerist collagen serum for best results.
I really enjoyed using this moisturiser, my skin instantly felt softer and I really love how soft and yes, bouncy my skin feels. This cream easily absorbs and melts into your skin and my skin felt moisturised all day long. It's fragrance-free as well. I feel the texture and feel of this cream is a real winner!
