OPI Matte Top Coat

I love the effects you can create with this - although a steady hand and quite a bit of free time is required to create some of the looks (check the OPI website for ideas, there are many good ones on there). I prefer a mattified look for work rather than shiny, and this top coat achieves that well and is easy to apply.

My mum is hooked on OPI. She has at least 50. She is always on the hunt for new and different colours on sale. But when I found this I begged her to get it.

Because to tell you the truth I am not a big nail polish person. Yea they are pretty and you can do some great things but it is always the same old thing. Neither me or my mum are really talented to do great tricks with our nails.

I thought this would be different, this will shake it up a bit. And by golly did it. With this I could create looks I had never even seen before. I love the fact that it transforms your whole nail in seconds. From sparkle to matte.

This has redefined nail polish.

I was given this to try out and It definitely does what it says it does. I do like it on certain colours but not on others. Would be great for creating different designs. I am not blown away by it but that's only because I prefer shiny nails :p

I love to give another look to a simple coat of polish. Still makes the polish last long and can be used to give the nail a design

I adore this matte topcoat! My one and only complaint is that it doesn't last. After 2-3 days (depending what I've been doing with my hands) the matte just disappears. I love how it completely changes the look of a boring old manicure. I'm not sure how protective it is either - i always file my nails and use a basecoat but my manicures always chip after a day or two! Love love love the look of it though so would definitely recommend!

I love opi Matte Top Coat as it changes the look of all my styles of nail polish and is definetly worth the money! It dries quickly and lasts a long time. One of my favourite top coats. I also use when I don't want a shiny finish to my nail look (:

Buying this is like doubling your nail polish collection!! I prefer the shiny nail look, but you can create designs on your nails that incorporates both or have a 'feature nail'. Dots of matte look really cute. I would say it's more of a frosted look than matte, to me matte says it's quite flat - but this has a texture to it. One downside - I have found that it chips quite quickly, this doesn't bother me too much as I get bored quickly and change my polish frequently - but might frustrate people that want a look that lasts a bit longer. Definitely worth purchasing to change things up a bit though.

I love this matte top coat its my absolute favourite now i just purchased from farmers and im definately going to purchase again! Its so matte and dries so fast inlove for real!!

Was so excited the first time I used this, it really does matte down shiny polishes. It's a nice formula, so goes on smoothly and dries fast. I love mattes, and this top coat makes some colours much more wearable.

It's a must have!

I really love the OPI nail polishes! This is no exception. perfect is you are looking for something different for your nails or the statement nail ! It drys so quickly so you don't have to spend forever waiting for it to dry !
