OPI Nail Envy Treatment

I do love this. My horrible little short nails are very brittle and break too easily. I figured that I had nothing to lose by trying this one, even with the steep price tag (I paid somewhere between $30-$40, so I am obviously shopping in the wrong price if they can be found for $24.90!).

I found in no time at all, my nails were so much stronger. Only thing is that they didn't grow much longer unfortunately (I think because I am a picker when I get anxious or nervous).

I am very impressed and will continue to use this happily.

I use this product as a base coat on my nails before I apply the nail polish. It seem to harden my nails and I feel that this protects my nails from splitting or peeling from nail polish use. This product is a bit pricey but I find this useful for weak nails like mine. It leaves a not so smooth texture but it won't ruin the colored nail polish.

I already have quite strong nails however I found this prevented splitting as my nails always split down the side. It also did make my nails a bit harder

I must admit I do use mine as a base coat too. Few times though I have used it as a proper treatment without painting my nails, just using this for a few days to give my nails a break. After using it properly I do find my nails a lot stronger, and appear healthier. The price is steep for what it is, but when used properly it is effective.

I have nails that are always flaking so I constantly have to cut them. When I first started using this I did as it suggested and applied a new coat every day for a week. I found that it did improve the condition of my nails and they were flaking less and growing longer and stronger. I try to use this every so often as it is suggested but for the most part I use it as a base coat to protect my nails from nail polish. I find that it maintains my nails but is definitely most effective when used without polish. I think this is far too expensive at $50 in store, so I tend to buy it cheaper online whenever possible. Overall I think this is a good product, it just needs to be used correctly to get the job done.

Last year i took my acrylics off after having them for 10+ years, so i was looking for something that would help strengthen up my very soft and fragile nails! I found Nail Envy to be great it really did help strengthen up my nails it did take a few weeks though so its definately a product you need to use regularly. I use it as a base coat alternatively with another ridge filling base coat. Overall its a great product to strenghten up your nails!

My beautician applied this after I had some gel nails taken off and I really like it, it seems to have stayed on my nails quite well and hasn't chipped or peeled like some other strengtheners. At the salon I go to its quite an expensive product so I didn't purchase any but I haven't checked out the price anywhere else yet, if I find it at a reasonable cost I'd be likely to buy a bottle for myself at home.

I have very weak nails so when I was given this for my birthday I was so happy! it was a great nail strengthener and made my nails look very shiny. However my product got very sticky when I left it out in the sun one day so maybe best to keep the product in a cool place. And the only place I can buy it is at makeup direct where it is $40.

I use this product as a base coat when applying colour and find my nails are a lot stronger then they would be without. On its own I dont find that it does too much for my nails in terms of strengthening, but I love it as a base coat. For the price, I would probably find something else to strengthen my nails.
