I do enjoy the OPI range. They have an easy to use brush & a huge colour range. Because the polish is highly pigmented 2 coats is all you need. Along with a good base & top coat application looks smooth & professional. In terms of chipping I wouldnt say that this brand is more chip resistant then anyone else. Sometimes I can have a weeks worth of wear without chips & other times it is chipped the next day. The biggest down side to OPI is the price tag while it's a good polish I dont think it warrents the $20+ it retails for. Your better of trying to grab it at a sale although colours will be limited.

OPI Nail Lacquer Review
Reviews
Tips: This polish is suited to nail art due to the high pigmentation. I prefer to use it for nail stamping in particular as the lightest of colours can still stand out.
I think OPI is a great brand. They have a fantastic selection of shades and finishes. I am a huge fan of their glitter polishes! The consistency of their products I find is always really nice and two coats generally does it. I also love the quirkyness of their product names. My all time OPI fave would have to be 'My private Jet' which is what I would describe as a beautiful black with bronze/near holographic shimmers. I always get the most amazing compliments and it wears very well.
Tips: Remember to always use a base coat to prevent yellowing and a top coat to ensure you seal the polish.
First off, the names are so cute and punny. I really like their creativity. The formula of the nail polishes are also fantastic. I have 3 bottles, the Gold shatter, Purple with a Purpose and Princess Rule! Absolutely love them and really want to try out more colours. :)
Tips: Use a base coat to protect your nails, two coats of polish, then one layer of top coat to protect it from chipping and give it that little bit extra shine!
Their colour range is magic, and its a very long lasting polish. I also love that it has none of the nasty nastys in it. I think that this range is the most innovative for colour.
I'm a total opi addict. I've tried others in the past but none seem to compare to opi. The color is the truest I've found and it's non gluggy texture make it glide on like. Dream. With the many varieties of polish now like shatter, glitters, liquid sand etc opi is always first out with the best quality and colors. I own well over 100 colours now and love every one!
Tips: Always use a base coat!! Protect the natural color if your nail by using an opi base and top coat. Three strokes when applying color. Middle, side, side. If you make a mistake don't keep going over the same spot, wait till it dries then do another coat.
OPI nail polishes are excellent. They are of a high quality consistency that make them easier to apply than some other brands. I have many of these as I can't resist buying more! I store them in the fridge and they seem to keep really well- I don't know if this is actually necessary but it certainly doesn't do any harm.
Tips: Some of the sparkly lacquers are hard on your nails- the glittery bits seem to get stuck into the nails and they do not remove as easily as the smooth lacquers. Make sure you use base coat and even then the glitter doesn't always come off easily. And don't buy online unless you've seen the colour in reality as it's really hard to know what you're actually getting. Duty Free do some good discounts so if you or a mate are going overseas get them to buy for you.
I fell in love after the first coat of OPI I applied. My first OPI was Solitaire. It was and still is my all time favorite shade of nail polish! I adore it. I also have glitzerland which is the best gold shade I have ever used. In fact I haven't seen a shade that I haven't liked. Their Bond collection has been my favorite so far but I love all their glitter polishes OPI nail polish seems to last longer than other brands and have bigger brush's which I personally love. I do have to say that some of their shades need alot more than one coat to get a great colour (Glitzerland needs about 3 to look good). Overall OPI is hands down my go-to brand,
Tips: Try to always use a base coat :)
I love OPI. I have used it for years. I love the huge range of colours, I love how the viscosity is always consistent (within the range I mean), I love that I can expect it to last a certain length of time before it chips.
I'm not a total nail polish snob - I occasionally buy other brands just to check I'm not missing out on anything. One of my favourites has been a little $2 bottle from the chemist. But OPI remains my firm favourite. It's great for presents for friends, and sometimes you can find it on sale.
Tips: Top coat of clear nail polish makes it pop
I am a bit of a nail polish addict, and have numerous of OPI's colours. I love the names, and also how often the colours or ranges are endorsed by different celebrities. The only issue with OPI I find is that it takes FOREVER to dry! Especially if you use base coat, two coats and then top coats, however it does last much longer than most without chipping.
Tips: Only paint your nails when you have plenty of time to let them dry ;-)
Yummy gorgeous delicious red that I wear regular on fingers and toes for a classic pop of colour. OPI is one of those reliable brands you just know is going to go on great with lasting colour so it's just a matter of which colour and as far as reds go this is my fave because it's bright and beautiful.
Tips: Red and dark polishes take longer to dry than their lighter counterparts (due to higher amounts of pigment) so allow yourself plenty of time for drying off after application and always apply a base coat when using darker/bright colours otherwise you'll end up with stained nails. Use a top coat for longer lasting, chip free colour.
