I have so many colours of the opi nail polishes and see a difference between cheap products. I think $24 is really expensive to pay for a nail polish and I think that people only buy this product because of the name there are lots of other nail polishes that are good such as w7 nikki and others :)

OPI Nail Lacquer Review
Reviews
First off OPI is one of the most popular nail colours out. I Have used this nail polish before. Ive also brought one from a flash sale.
This range can be priced from $20 and up. Is very expensive. I would love to use it all the time but it is really pricy. Other than that, there were no streaks on use. Had great coverage of the nail. The brush is a good size and easy to use. I've experimented with OPI. I've done Water Marbelling with it. It never fails me. Every time I get perfect designs.
I've been trying different brands and I always go back to this OPI. Even though it's pricey, it's definately worth buying. Mine has lasted me about 7 months still going strong. Still working fine. I was a skeptic but since using it ; it has definately won me over. Lasts about four days on me. I'm a busy mum and It manages to with stand my busy life. Reccomend it to all nail polish lovers.
I love OPI nail polishes, they have great color and last ages. They can be used with or without a topcoat. With most plain colors you can do one coat but some ranges e.g. liquid sand require 2 coats. They retail for quite expensive but you can manage to get the cheaper at makeup sales.
Tips: Make sure you don't get too much nail polish on the brush and make sure the top of the bottle is always clean and doesn't have nail polish on it because that could jam it shut.
Great colouring on the nail, needs two coats to get a good solid colour with some. Only downside takes quite a while to dry.
OPI have some beautiful colours that I haven't been able to find in any other brand. It is a very easy nail polish to apply as well as remove however I find it chips off quite easily which is a bit disappointing considering how much you pay for a bottle.
Tips: Double coat :)
I use to own countless of cheap nail polishes, but as soon as I purchased my first OPI (it was Nein! Nein! Nein! Ok Fine! if you were curious) I was instantly hooked and passed on the cheaper polishes to my sisters and mum.
I find that with a good base coat and top coat, that the polishes last a good week. I have barely any chipping issues myself. The colours are highly pigmented and to ensure a good, flat colour surface I do two coats.
I find that OPI polishes (or at least the ones that I have tried) do not streak like other polishes. The brushes are nice and wide which makes for an excellent and easy application.
There is a fantastic range of colour, so plenty to choose from! There is a colour for everyone from someone who enjoys the darker tones like Nein! Nein! Nein! Ok Fine! and Warm Me Up to lighter and brighter shades such as Dating A Royal and glitters such as Golden Eye.
I would definitely recommend this to everyone who is in the market for a quality polish.
Tips: A good base coat and top coat to prevent chipping. Two coats.
The colors are great, but the smell is so strong it sometimes gives me headaches. It chips super fast and the bottles don't last long before going thick and gluey, before the happens the formula and brush are easy to apply with but it takes very long to dry.
Tips: Buy the smaller bottles if you want you moneys worth.
I like this range but it falls more into the category of "good but not great" for me.
They come in an excellent range of colours and I love the shape of the brush for easy, even application.
For the price though, I'm not sure they're quite worth it. I've found that they tend to chip just as easily as a lot of cheaper brands and that the polish thickens up and gets gluggy a bit faster than I would expect.
I would buy these again on special but I would be hesitant to pay full price.
Let's be honest, we all really do love O.P.I... Other than the fact they are REALLY expensive for a Nail Polish, they are one of my favourite.
To have a Nail Polish Range with over 250 colours, there really is something for everyone.
I haven't really found any fault with O.P.I, but I never am happy paying for a colour at full price because in my opinion no nail polish is worth $25.00...
Tips: Wait for deals on NZ Sale or at Farmers to be able to buy more for your money.
This nail polish use to be really good long lasting and have a large variety of colours avaliable. My only issue is have the changed the formula to it as it comes off much easier compared to the past, still would recommend to others as it's affordable and you can purchase a pottle for about $10 at the warehouse
Tips: Always do a base coat followed by two coats of colour then finsh with a top coat for lasting effects
