OPI Nail Lacquer Review
Reviews
Tips: I do think mine lasted a long time as I used O.P.I base coat and top coat
Love this red! its very bright and vibrant and applies to the nail really well! I find this nail polish dries really fast as well which is good because i cant stand nail polish that takes a long time to dry.
This was the second liquid sand nail polish that I have bought. I love the texture, and being quite fair skinned I don't usually wear white nail polish as it makes me look really washed out! So when I used this one, I was so happy to see the finished result, the silver-y tone to is quite glamorous looking, and it is a wonderful product for an office nail polish. If I could afford it, I would own many more liquid sand polishes, but I am pleasantly pleased that Solitaire was the one that I bought! I tend to find that the liquid sand finish doesn't chip as easily as standard creme polishes do, so it lasts longer without having to be touched up, which is fantastic!
I love this colour, it's more interesting than your standard reds and pinks but is still pretty I think. It goes great with most clothes to I find, so really handy if you want your mani to last awhile without having to change because of clothing/ nail polish clashes. OPI polishes are excellent quality, pretty much all I buy.
Tips: Base coat, two generous coats and seal well with a top coat = perfect I have a herring problem nails.
OPI First Date at the Golden Gate is a beautiful, beautiful red-brown cream. Its nice but I don't see any shimmer in it, maybe under some lights you catch a slight hint of shimmer, it's very glossy though, which is a plus for me as I'm not a fan of matte. It's beautiful all around and suitable for work, infact its looks professional and its also perfect for the winter season.
Tips: Apply a top coat for extra glossy tips and watch Joelle's "How to get a professional french mani at home" under the nails section. Her tips are very very handy, she has helped me deal with the shakiness I get when i'm painting my nails.
I love this colour and wear it all the time on my toes. Its a lovely, blue based red that would suit pretty much all skin tones. A classic!
I just brought this the other day after seeing the sample nail in the pharmacy. It took a while to get used to as I'm used to polished shiny look not rough matted look, but after a day of wearing it, I really like being a little different and feeling out of the box. The colour is great, not too dark just right. I will continue to use it and enjoy it.
Tips: Use 2 layers
I never thought I would be a burnt orange person but I love this colour! It goes on really nicely - definitely needs two coats but it doesn't streak and gives you a nice shimmery burnt autumnal orange. Such a nice colour.
Tips: Looks amazing with a gold feature nail or gold tips!
Really good nail polish. It does not chip easily and has a natural shine, did not have to use a top coat. Would definitely buy this is other colours and continue using this brand!
Tips: dries quickly, so really good!
Wow! Germani Cure, for me, is an amazing colour. I love bold, and this is definitely that. The depth of colour is great and its the perfect Autumn/Winter shade. As with Ll OPI shades, it is true to colour within two coats. Using a good base and top coat I can easily get a weeks wear out of this polish. Would happily recommend it to anybody.
