I am the kind of person that usually goes for the 2 pack of brushes for $2.99 but one day I felt like treating myself so ending up going for this (in the pink of course :)).
At first I didn’t like the sensation in my mouth it reminded me of going to the dentist when they use the drill in your mouth but after a few uses I began to really love it. I truly felt that it gave a better clean than a standard tooth brush.
But then… after about 1 month it stopped working, me thinking it was just out of batteries I got another battery and went to put it in but once I opened it I found that it was all rusty … at close to $18.00 I expected more use out of it than I got. It was disappointing.
I did keep it in the shower but well away from direct water so I wouldn't think that would have made a differance but it may have :/
I had one of these years ago and it did the job and I liked it okay then but it has been in the draw now for years as I prefer the slimmer newer version which doesn't have a replaceable head and you just replace entirely each season.
I found this brush was a bit too rough for my teeth and gums also despite choosing a soft head (as always) as it vibrates so harshly. Just wasn't the best match for me. It cleaned my teeth pretty effectively but I didn't find it did so for my back teeth due to the larger head.
This chunky electric toothbrush is hard to store in the bathroom and takes up more room when travelling (not to mention needing to take batteries with you).
Not a brush I would repurchase or recommend.
