The smell is eye watering. So I can't really use it the way they suggest. Instead I just rub a little on my finger tips and hold those up to my face periodically. It really does help me to unwind from a stressful day, or get through a difficult time at work. I keep one bottle at home and one at work.

Tips: *Unless you feel like having an involuntary cry, don't use this near your face. It's almost as pungent as tiger balm.
I bought this after reading numerous reviews online and having suffer from really bad headaches and migraines.
I feel like this product really helps with blocked sinuses and giving you a temporary relief from head ache like symptoms. I found it helps just before you feel a cold or flu coming along.
Very small bottle, however you don’t need much for it to work. One small pump and it can be applied in several areas
Tips: Works best when applied to forehead or back of neck
This is my all-time favourite fast remedy for tension, headache, stress, and insomnia. It's a bit runny and is easily absorbed. The small pump-action bottle seems, well, a bit small, but a little goes a very long way. I find it best to gently massage a tiny amount on the back of my neck. You know, those tension lines, and a little below my collar bones. The aroma and the lovely soft, almost velvety liquid provides instant calm. It effectively eases stress and tension, allowing for relaxation, on the spot.
Tips: Apply only light pressure to the pump, otherwise you'll dispense far more than you can use. If applying to temples, make sure to only use the tiniest amount, and keep the product well away from your eyes!
Thankfully I got this as a sample from a massive pack from Origins.
The sample version is a little cute tube in a pale mint green/blue casing, inside the liquid is a clear gel that has a mint/menthol scent to it. Pressing out 2 drops onto the back of my hand I apply in the suggested areas, wrists, temples and forehead .
I thought these would be awesome used as part of my relax time which I normally have a bath and or mask whilst browsing youtube or an online store (or 4) but once placed onto these areas I felt the tingling sensation, noted that it would cause that effect so relaxed only to find that it kept getting cooler to the point of it starting to be a concern, it was uncomfortable. Not only that but my eyes began to water and I had placed the product nowhere near them so I hopped into a cold shower and rinse myself all over making sure that the product was off me. It never left any redness, or rashes but it did put me off using it again.
Shalt be purchasing the full size, I don't see any need for it in my life especially when I had that reaction to it. Think a cup of peppermint or chamomile tea would be cheaper and better for yu to relax.
