Lancome Juicy Tube Review

I usually prefer lipglosses that come with a wand as I find them easier to apply. However when I received this as a present, I found the tube really easy to apply without a mirror. I use the Fraise flavour which is a sheer pink on the lips. Colour payoff is practically nil but the product stays on really well (very sticky at first but becomes more comfortable in a few minutes) and gives a nice glossy shine to the lips. The packaging is very cute and I love applying this on days when I'm out and about and don't want to use the mirror. There is no scent but there is a strong strawberry flavour which fades quickly.

Not cheap, but well worth it! Smells great, looks amazing. I find it does go on a little sticky at first but after a few minutes it looses the 'stick'. Stays glossy and shiny for ages. My favourite is the 'Simmer" and it has a touch of colour too.

I have had a few juicy tubes over the years, little mini sample sizes, full size and limited edition tubes. They all taste and smell good but I don't feel that they are worth the $$. They don't last very long once applied so you have to take it with you and reapply frequently. It is a semi sticky formula- it's sticky but bearably so. I find where the cap and tube meet it can get a bit sticky as well so after bumping around in the bottom of your handbag it can get all sorts of bits stuck to it, if I'm reapplying something 10 times a day I don't want to be wasting time wiping off the tube after each use- inconvenient. The colours are sheer with a wet look finish. There is no spf in the formula which is probably the biggest down fall of the product as it makes its almost pointless in using it.

Lancôme juicy tubes are such a cult classic, I've had many different shades and when I think of lip gloss this is the first one that comes to mind. Lancôme has such lovely products, this one included. I remember back when I first brought my first tube, and I couldn't wait to add more shades to my collection.

The packaging is just perfect- so classy and cute, just ideal to pop in your handbag. It comes in a slender little tube, that just looks glamorous. The tube is sturdy, and I've always trusted it not to spill in my bag.

The formula is nice, so sweet and fruity smelling, which definitely appeals to me.

I love the look this gives to the lips, such a shiny, glossy look- kissable lips for sure. It feels nice on my sensitive lips, and is gentle. As its a gloss it really is just to give your lips a lovely look, as it doesn't have much stayability power, such as through drinking and eating.

I think this would have to be my favourite gloss - there's a reason why this is a cult classic. I love the way it gives your lips a shiny, glossy look, so feminine and pretty.

Definitely recommend to those of you wanting a great quality gloss.

I started using Juicy Tubes when they first came out, and still love them. Most of the colors go on sheer and they are SO glossy! I love the simplistic packaging that is light and easy to handle. I love the fragrances, I pick these mostly according to the smell rather than the color as they come out pretty sheer anyway. However, it is just a gloss so staying power isn't great, if I don't talk or eat, then I can get a full 4 hours wear out of them, but once you do any of the above, it'll be gone pretty quickly.

My Lancome Juicy Tube comes in a handy 15ml tube with a twist top lid. This is so easy to use as it has a slanted tip for accurate application.

Juicy Tubes smell and taste so sweet and fruity. I can't help but lick my lips once applied. The texture is thick and sticky. I have to be careful when wearing my hair down, if it is windy outside. My long hair will definitely stick to my lips.

Lancome Juicy Tube is a moisturising lip gloss with transparent shine and a hint of colour. My lips absolutely glisten.

Even though the tube is only 15ml, it definitely lasts and lasts.

I love juicy tubes and I've been through my fair share of them over the last five years. I still have a handful though as I've moved onto other formulas. These taste so yummy. Depending on the gloss, you do get a really good finish. I've got these from neutrals to bold raspberry shades.

The applicator however is the let down for me. It's not nearly as precise as with an applicator but there is such a range of colours/flavours that I'm pretty sure you could overlook this.

The gloss stays on for a wee while. Without eating, I'd get maybe a couple of hours wear. It is neither hydrating nor drying. They are comfortable to wear on your lips.
