Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Anti Chip Top Coat Review

I brought this top-coat after using a friends, and WOW it's amazing. I always have issues with chipping and peeling nail polish, and I can never get my polish to last longer than a day. Using this my polish is lasting 3-4 days with minimal chipping around the top of the nail. It creates a gel-nail like texture that doesn't peel off the nail easily. Amazing.

I got this item off the beauty vault and far out it's cool! The first time I used it I was amazed at the finish and strength it gave my manicure. The finish is glossy and looks like gels and the 'anti-chip' actually works pretty well. I have found that my nails still chip, but the manicure lasts longer before chipping starts. I am kind of in love♥

I've been using this top coat for a few months now, and I really love it. I apply it once my nails have nearly set, and then within a couple of minutes I can use my hands again. Nothing is more annoying than painting your nails and having to sit still for ages until they dry. My manicures will usually look perfect after a week with this on, I tend to change my polish weekly but could probably go 10-14 days with this still looking good. It makes my nails really shiny, people have asked if my normal nails are a gel polish because of that. It's easily accessible, at Farmers and Pharmacies which is handy, don't have to muck about trying to buy it online.

If you're someone like me, who no matter how careful you are always ends up ruining your newly painted nails while they're still wet, then you neeeeeeed this in your life!! It is seriously worth it, especially given it's only $20.

This definitely doesn't dry nailpolish in 30 seconds, it's more like a couple of minutes. However that is still super quick! I always let my polish dry to the 'set' stage (which is just a couple of minutes), and then put a coat of this on. Within a couple of minutes it's safe to move.... as in pick up a cup of tea, type, etc, without ruining your manicure.

Be aware that it still takes a while before your nailpolish is completely hard and dry, so don't do anything 'violent' straight away and expect to have perfect nailpolish, this just allows you to do normal things without worrying about smudging your polish.

It does also extend the life of your polish before it starts chipping - not majorly, just a couple of days, but it does help.

Overall, I love this, and would (and frequently do) recommend this to anybody and everybody. Hope that helps some of you! xx
