Maybelline Push Up Drama Mascara Review

I liked the brush on this. Easy to use and no clumping. Great for those little lashes bigger brushes can't get to.

I really love Maybelline products however this must be the worst mascara ever. For me to give a horrible review or even thought about a product it has to be really bad.

I expected dramatic lashes or even semi decent ones as a result of using this mascara. It was so clumpy, application was awkward and it left my lashes with clumps of tar. The worst part is 5 days post application its still stuck in there, Half of my natural lashes have come out and all you can see is clumps of a black tar substance. I have tried everything to remove the product but no luck

I would honestly steer clear of this mascara.

I LOVE Maybelline Mascaras. They are my faves. Huge fan of the falsies and even good ole Great lash.

This is the first Maybelline mascara that I haven’t liked. It just makes my lashes clumpy unfortunately. I’ve tried using a different wand, with it, applying with the wand it comes with and then brushing through with another wand and I just can’t get it to apply well. If you are into the clumpy look then give it a go.

I also find it doesn’t wear all that well and flakes off over time.

It definitely makes your lashes thicker but not in the way I was hoping for.

If anyone has any tips on how to apply this well please let me know.

This mascara is easy to apply and give you instantly fuller, longer lashes. It is not clumpy and builds up the lashes perfect giving them a dramatic effect. I do find, however, that it does smudge after a few hours.

After trying a few other Maybelline mascaras, I decided to try this one and wasn't overly impressed. While it looks mostly okay when first put on, it doesn't have great staying power and gets quite flaky. It's ncie packaging and I really wanted to like it but just wasn't worth it in the end for me.

This has to be my favourite mascara. I am definitely a fan of maybelline it's readily available and always a great price. I have tried all of their mascaras and this has to be my overall favourite.

I usually stick to mascaras that suit one look and use another for another look.. one for kindy and one for nights out generally. But this little gem is so versatile I use for both. It creates a great look for day or night

Love the packaging. Generally my maybelline mascaras have been bright but I love the metallics here.

Love the wand. So easy to use. Doesn't get clogged or too full of product so what I swipe across my lashes I know is going to easily coat them.

It's a slightly thicker solution perhaps it's the wax I'm not too sure.. so I do tend to use this faster than I have some other mascaras. But the look it gives is stunning.

It coats my lashes evenly. A nice distribution that spreads and lifts, coating as it goes without looking too thick and creates a nice feather lash look at the ends which I love. I don't like them looking too thick or unnatural so I use one coat and like a slight feather lash look at the ends rather than thick blanket of mascara that looks like tar on my eyes.

Never had a problem with clumping but I use this faster due to the thicker formula.

A-mazing! Will be hard to beat.

I had lost my favourite mascara and desperately needed to purchase a new one before going out one night. I screeched into a supermarket parking lot and went straight to the cosmetics section. After a quick scan of the available mascaras, I chose Maybelline Push Up Drama.

The bright colourful packaging is probably what caught my eye. And I'm so glad it did!

Every time I wear this mascara I get compliments for my long, curled, dark lashes. I can choose to use the mascara wand in a way that fans out my lashes and lengthens them, or I can use a heavy hand and create a more dramatic thick and bold look. Either way, I always feel confident that I won't mess it up, whereas other mascaras I have to concentrate extremely hard to not create a clumpy dumpy riot.

I now keep this mascara in my car or in my handbag. It instantly adds an amazing effect to my eyes, even if I am running late for work and haven't had time to tend to my makeup.
