One of the better eye crayons I've tried

I gave up on eyeshadow a couple of years ago and switched to eye crayons for my daily makeup, and 2 of these shades are in my regular rotation.

I have 004 Guilty grey & 011 Bluffing. Purchased 1 from Kmart, the other from a Big Bucket sale. Have also tried a beige matte shade I forget the name of, also nice product but not my colour.

Consistency of these crayons is light and creamy. No drag, and smudge-able if you do it quickly before it dries. Any eye crayon that is smudge-able after you've finished doing your face is not going to stay on - NYX are you listening?

Bluffing is a metallic beige, good nude shade and has a silvery shimmer. Guilty grey is a solid dark grey.

I find that sometimes these do disappear in the crease but I haven't tested them as scientifically yet, I do wear these to gym and many eye products don't like lots of sweating. So don't judge them on that till you've tried it yourself.

Overall they are a good eye crayon and zip would buy more if I could find more shades.

Tips: They seem to smudge better if you use your finger than a brush.

Bulletproof Beige - but really it's gold

I have had this for a while, I have a love for using cream eyeshadow as a base for powder eyeshadows. That love started with this product. I have this in 002 Bulletproof Beige which is really more of a golden metallic colour that reminds me a bit of MAC Paint Pot in Painterly. I think I originally picked this up from Kmart when it was on special one day.

The packaging is really simple. Just a pencil with a clear lid, and the end is in the shade of pencil so great for knowing which shade is which if you have more than one colour. You will need to get a larger size sharpener to be able to sharpen this as you use it.

This product is quite creamy and you can draw it over your whole lid and then use a brush to blend out the edges. Once it sets it doesn't budge at all. You can either use this by itself or use it as a really nice base for other shadows. Unfortunately for me my eyes can get quite oily and even with primer the colour of this fades by the end of the day and creases a bit. It certainly doesn't live up to the 24hr colour claim. Personally I like to use this if I'm going out at night so I know that I don't need to worry about creasing.

I think if you are just getting in to cream eyeshadows this is a great option to try them out and see how you like them but I do have some higher end cream shadow sticks that do last all day so I will be repurchasing those over this.
