Rimmel Wonder'Full Mascara Review

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this review, but it is the Wonder'Full mascara but the waterproof one. The tube is the same shape as pictured above, but is a bright blue. The handle is quite comfortable to hold when applying. The brush is made up of rubber which really helps separate my eyelashes when I apply the mascara, defining single lashes (a look I prefer). The only issue I have with this mascara is that it takes 2-3 applications to darken my eyelashes to my liking. Even at that point they don't look very thick, just dark. I have found that the formula does stay on my eyelashes throughout the day without smudging. I have also tested the waterpoof-ness and it is quite good, I haven't had any smudging or dripping. When I splashed water on my lashes and gently rubbed my finger against them there were small spots of mascara which came off onto my hand.

Overall this is a pretty good mascara, it does the job, however there is no wow factor.

I actually won this through Rimmel on Facebook when they were just about to release it. the mascara bottle comes in a shiny copper brown color which makes it easy to find in my makeup bag. The big odd shaped handle made it more comfortable to hold whilst applying. This mascara has rubber bristles which I personally love as I feel it separates my lashes more.

Sadly once I applied the mascara I found the look to be really natural. Like my lashes were just tinted. I did find if I applied it a couple times, I would get that fuller look and it really emphasized the length of my lashes which I absolutely loved as who doesn't want to have their lashes look longer! The mascara was also alot wetter then I expected and took a little longer to dry than most other mascaras which I found a bit frustrating. This is because if I blinked before it had dried, my long lashes would transfer long wet black lines on my eyelids. I did have a little trouble with it creeping off my lashes throughout a busy day, giving me the famous panda look, but it wasnt as dramatic as I thought. Just slight smudges. Were my lashes clump free after application? Yes! Even with the layering. Would I recommend this mascara? Yes, but for a nice day to day natural look.

I really liked this mascara bottle is isn't that round and I liked the shape of the Handel made it easier to hold. It looks great on but I found I needed a few coats and if I had it on too long it would irritate my eyes so I couldn't wear it the whole day just if I was going out for the evening. I found it would be a bit flaky so just something to keep an eye on. I was lucky enough to get it in a gift pack otherwise I don't think I would have brought it. Good enough for a back up though

This mascara had been popping up in a lot of Instagram flat lays and since I was needing a back up mascara I purchased one of these. I have been a Rimmel fan for so many years and I really love their mascaras, I thought this one would be just as awesome as the other mascaras they have released in the past.

One thing I do like is the tube, since its not black like most mascaras these days its easy to find in my makeup basket.

I had high expectations which were not met. The formula of the mascara is watery and I cant give my eyelashes a decent coat of mascara unless I am sitting there for 3 minutes. Yes it does not clump your lashes but it did nothing to help with length or volume of any sort. The brush tip makes it easy to get all the tiny eyelash hairs and the flexible brush is too distracting for my liking, every time I use this mascara I get scared I will make a mess of my bottom lashes.

Overall I wont be purchasing this again, the formula is too wet, it doesn't change the volume or length of my lashes and I don't like the brush.
