Dove Face Essentials Tinted Moisturiser

Have used this product a few times and have found it to give my skin a nice natural glow and application is easy and it was gentle on my skin. However, as I suffer from dry skin I noticed that you could see patches of dry skin still after application and the tint made it stand out a wee bit more than usual. I found it wasn't as hydrating as I'd like it to be.

This tinted moisturiser has a SPF 15 sun protection which is a plus for me, it didn't give me the coverage I was expecting though. Very reasonably priced with a pleasant fragrance. I used the beige colour which was a little light for my skin. Nice and creamy, blends in well and if you just want a light coverage, it does the job well.

I have been using Dove's tinted moisturiser on and off for many years and recently came back to it after trying several BB creams.

Essentially it's a moisturiser with a hint of colour, so if you're looking for coverage it's not for you. Having said that it makes a great base under a dryer formula foundation. I use the beige colour, because even in the summer the honey colour goes on orangey and doesn't blend well. The beige, however, is great and I get a very natural look on my paleish skin. It also has SPF15 which is a nice to have.

As my skin gets older I am looking for products that don't settle in the creases and this is a winner from that point of view.

Overall it's cheap, it smells nice and it evens out skin tone without giving you the appearance of wearing any make-up.

Absolutely in love with this product, I had found this beauty on a clearance shelf in Farmers. Im such a fan of tinted moisturisers, I find they give my body a nice sun kissed natural glow that does help my complexion. This is exactly what this product did, so handy to carry around aswell, just a small amount goes along way

This is definitely one of my go to products. The creamy formula blends easily into my skin, the colour (beige) matches me very well. I'm not a fan of its very perfume like scent, but the finish it gives far out weighs the smell, it's not bad just a little nanna-like. I think it definitely gives you a glowing, heallthy look. It leaves my skin nicely moisturised and soft and I will definitely be repurchasing it.

Dove is a bit of a nostalgic brand for me. I remember putting on my nana's face cream when I was a small child and watching her put on her makeup. I also remember at about 17 buying my first Dove Tinted Moisturiser and opening it to smell that same smell. And i now, at 33, always remember to replace my tube before the last one runs out. I am ususally a bit of a beauty product hussy, I switch from brand to brand depending or whats on special, or just becasue why not? But I always use this product and not only for memories sake.

I love how silky smooth and blemish free it makes my skin without being heavy, and I love the fact that it has some sun protection.

nice and light weight,good coverage,glides on easy, i use this instead of foundation, if im just popping out. The only down side is you have to reapply every few hours, if you sweat of have contact with water. But thats no issue, as it is so easy to reapply and i do feel that it moisturises also

I've recently started using this product and find it pretty good. I tried a tinted moisturiser a few years back, as I find foundation too heavy to use every day, and didn't think much of it, so was pleasantly surprised to try this one and have it turn out looking like I had actual foundation on my skin when it feels so light. And of course a bonus to have Moisturising and SPF effects included. At approximately $14 at the Warehouse, I think it is good value for a simple product I can use everyday.

I love this tinted moisturiser for my no make-up days! Gives you a little glow and coverage with the feeling of not wearing anything :) Love the fact that it is also SPF gives you a little protection from the sun. The smell of this product is really nice like all dove products.

This is my favourite moisturiser! I use it every single day. I have very sensitive skin- my skin gets so dry and pretty much every moisturiser I've used on my face makes my skin feel tight or gives it a rash- except this one. This is unusual since it's tinted, you'd think that would make it worse. It makes my skin look really nice, and fresh. And lasts most of the day. It smells good, and evens out my skin tone and lightly covers a few blemishes- which means I don't have to wear foundation ! The sunscreen also works really well- I've never been sunburnt while wearing this, even several hours after application.

I wish they made a non-tinted one as I would love to wear it to bed!
