doesn't blend, leaves darker tones on your skin, sometimes it doesn't spray out of the container properly and it sometimes sepriates even if you have shaken it, I don't think ill use this again
This product is not great at all!! it didn't blend in very well and made me look orange. Big disappointment :(
i was really disappointed when i tried this foundation. It didnt give me any coverage and felt oily as well as looked oily
Maybe I got a bad batch and struck out with this foundation, but as someone who was just starting to get into makeup this really, really disappointed me. When they say Lightweight they really mean "Light". After a 5minute shake of the bottle, a white/tannish foam came out and it felt just like that on my skin. I definitely would not recommend if you are looking for any kind of coverage in your foundation. But if you already have a flawless complexion and just looking to tan up a bit then yes, it'd be perfect for you.
I was a little scared to try Nude Air Foam as so many people didn't like it but when I tried it, I LOVED IT!! It doesn't clog my pores and make me break out- Perfect!!! It's really light on my skin and has a really lovely natural look. If you shake it well, then it doesn't leave lines or patchy colouring. I really think it's a product that you have to try for yourself and see. Everyone has different things they look for in a foundation but Nude Air Foam ticked all my boxes for sure. I love it.
Tips: Shake well and remember that a little goes a long way. :)
I use this every day but there are tips and tricks to it starting with shaking it quite vigorously to start with.
Squirt onto a foundation sponge to apply. Be careful when using the pump as it can spit foundation at times.
Once applied it feels so natural and light giving a great complexion with a no make up look.
I find if I don't apply enough that towards the end of the day it almost has given a faded appearance to it.
Tips: Making sure you have got the right colour for you skin tone is a must.
This was always going to be one of those products that everyone wanted to try for the sake of curiosity. As the concept is something quite different. First up it needs a really good shake up to mix the product suffiently so it doesn't squirt out in a liquidy mess. Once you get a handle on that I found the pump easy to use. Just need to be gentle so you don't end up with too much. At first I was really surprised at how amazing it actually looked and felt on my skin. Good coverage and evened out my skin tone. Totally light weight feel. In fact did all the things I wanted it to and the big bonus was, for the first time I had a foundation that looked like I wasn't wearing anything at all. No makeup settling into pores, no caking, no evidence of anything being there at all. It completely blended into my skin and looked amazing. I was happy. But then when I glanced in the mirror an hour or two later I was yellowy orange.. looked very much like I had a fight with the tanning booth and came off second best. I never really experienced oxidisation on this level before. It was also not at all water/sweat proof. As soon as anything damp or wet comes into contact with it, it washes right off. So if Maybelline had spent a bit more time perfecting the issues before they released it. It might have been quite a good product. But alas it's not a keeper for me. Pity because I really wanted to like it.
It's pretty impossible to control the amount of product you want to use out of this bottle. At first, I personally thought the Nude Air foam provided a good easy coverage however in time i noticed that it dries out very fast and leaves creases and orange patches as well. Overall, a fairly poorly designed product.
One positive about this is that you only need a tiny amount - a little goes a long way. However the lightest shade for this is super orange and it also looks very unnatural and feels like soap on your face! My friends didn't enjoy the feel/texture of this either. Perhaps this would work better for people who are naturally tan and don't mind heavy feeling foundation.
Tips: You have to push the top like a soap dispenser for the foundation to come out - don't press hard! Heaps comes out at once.
