Ralph Lauren Big Pony

A friend gave this to me. It's very sweet and fruity but I like how it doesn't include a strong floral scent so I can have a break from the fruity-floral scents that is so popular nowadays in celebrity perfumes. I would describe this a loud, sweet scent that is surprisingly easy to wear. The perfume lasts for several hours and doesn't really develop- it smells the same to pretty much when I first sprayed it just a lighter scent. This would be a fragrance I would wear to a summer party with friends. The bottle is huge and heavy but I have never seen it come in a smaller size.

I didn’t have high expectations for this perfume after being disappointed with Big Pony #1 however I was pleasantly surprised. If you’re a fan of Escada perfumes, there’s a good possibility you may like #2. My sister bought me the 50ml from Australia for under $AUD100.00.

I don’t like the packaging – at all. It’s not even the colour that annoys me (not a fan of pink) but more so that it looks too masculine to be on my vanity and it just doesn’t really appeal to me to reach for it.

fragrance however is absolutely feminine. It’s a sweet scent which comes out rather concentrated where I can detect a sharp note of alcohol but once it settles onto the skin, it really is lovely but other than that I can’t detect any cranberry.

It dries down to a light fruity powder-esque scent but unfortunately it doesn’t last too long on me and I feel that if I keep spritzing during the day it can get a little much for me to stand. I can get a good 2-3 hours before I can no longer detect it.

I do like this perfume but I’m at that stage where sweet fruit fragrances are well past my time so I’m thankful that it’s finished. Can I live without it? Absolutely but I would recommend it to those who are after a sweet dose of fruits in part of their day.

MY FAVOURITE PERFUME IN THE WHOLE WORLD. Won't break the bank smells beautifully fruity and floral and fragrance lasts lasts well for an eau de toilette! Probably more a younger person perfume would recommend as a gift as it is a smell adored by every one as it is sweet and not over powering. This is my go to for day and night occasions

I love this perfume so much ! use it pretty much every day ! smell so nice and fruity ! i think this is definitely worth a try, smells great and not too bad of a price for a branded perfume ! love it !

I received the 50ml Pink #2 for my 21st birthday, It smells so deliciously fruity. This is my 2nd favourite perfume ever.

I find it doesn't last the full day but I carry it around in my handbag to top up when I need to. The 50ml bottle has lasted me almost 2 years (I am only just at the bottom of the bottle now) I have used it at least twice a week since having it - sometimes daily, some weeks every 2nd day.

The bottle is simple. I love how feminine it is. Another thing that sweetened the deal was when it was purchased it came with a matching tote/beach bag which I use all the time.

I am obsessed and can't wait to repurchase!!

I own the EDP of this and it is 100ml and has lasted me for AGES, I use it everyday and spritz it on my wrist and my neck (If I remember). My mother bought this for me at the beginning of 2014 because she was also looking for perfume and there was a special deal on.

It smells really fruity and sweet, I absolutely LOVE IT! It is the only perfume I have used this year and there is still half a bottle left. I feel that it doesn't last as long as I would like it too eg. All day 7am-5pm, For me it lasts till about 1-2pm then it kind of disappears after all the things I do. I don't reapply it as it is a big bottle and I can't really carry it around but it isn't a very big deal for me personally.

When I received it, it was in a really cute pink box that I absolutely LOVED!!! The bottle is also pink so that is a bonus :-) It was quite pricey I think it was between $95-$110 but I think it is well worth your money and it was a great choice!

As an obsessed fragrance collector, of course I own two of the Big Pony Collection, this being my favourite of the two (also own the #3 and am still wanting the #4). It is a lovely sweet, fruity fragrance. I find this does last reasonably well on my skin, even if it is an EDT. I get plenty of comments on this each time I wear it, which I love. Its not the most sophisticated bottle, but it is a good shape that fits well into my handbag without being too bulky!
