These are disturbingly expensive and hard to find in New Zealand, i really love these things!! A friend in America sends them to me so i don't have to pay the huge price tag. They are so nice and thick, hugely moisturising and they taste/smell sooo good! I seriously recommend these!

Tips: Be weary of the best before date. They are 95-100% organic and natural so they do expire. They can go mouldy after they expire apparently.
Despite all the hype, these really aren't that great. After a few days of use, my lips were burning and the corners of my mouth were cracked and painful. They weren't very moisturising either.
Tips: For some people these won't work - like me!
I first learnt of this product when I was with two friends who both pulled their EOS lipbalms out of their bags and started to use it. They had told me that it was the best lip balm they'd ever used, and that even Kim Kardashian uses it. I thought I have enough lip balms to last me a lifetime, and figured I didn't need to buy one. Fast forward 4 months, and I, like my friends, ended up buying one because it was so cheap! The packaging is unique- a light, round, coloured ball (my cats love to chase it if I drop it), it's an easily recognizable cult item which is surprisingly easy to open, with it's twist top and small dented parts to put your fingers on. Unlike the usual stick balms, the product itself does not go up and down, and so applying the lid can be a tiny bit scary, because if you're not paying attention, you could jab the lid into the product. However, this has yet to happen to me.
When I first opened mine, the first thing I noticed was the strong, fruity smell. I haven't smelt a lipbalm which smelt so sweet! My pink strawberry flavour beats every other flavoured lipbalm I've tried (sorry Body Shop!) and application is smooth. However, I am disappointed overall in the moisturising properties of this lip balm. It is not the smoothest of lip balms, and feels like it sort of layers on top of your lips, and doesn't feel like it's particularly hydrating the inner layers of my skin. I think it also tastes good.. and I can't stop licking my lips, which is probably not a great thing for hydration.
Tips: Apply it and wait a while before applying lip colours to avoid awkward patchy smudges
Just super cute! Thats the first thing, the second is yum yum yummy. A friend brought me these amazing cuties back from the states for me and I love them. The packaging is an egg shaped container which when you open it the balm is in one half. And then you just swipe across you dry and moisture la king lips and before you know it your lips are in heaven. The formula is smooth and norishing on your lips and the fragrance is heaven to your sense of smell. Sweet but subtle and not overpowering. It sits by my bed so it is the last thing I do at night and my lips are kissable in the morning.
These are super cute!!! I had to purchase them. I ordered nearly all of them through an american friend. But the mint one is by far my favourite! Although they are all great, the mint one leaves a cooling feeling to the lips with a tingy sensation which i loved. They all go on smooth. I got these for around $5each NZ dollar from my friend but i know over here they can be any where from $9-15 each which i find crazy but what isnt alot more here beauty wise when compared to US prices. My nieces, sisters and my 4yr old all loved mine so much i had to get them some as well. They last a good amount of time and they can be re used when finished to make home made lipbalms which is such a cool idea.
Tips: Keep containers when finished for home made lipbalms, youtube it for instructions :)
I find these to be very over rated much like Maybelline's Baby Lips. The formula is average and quite cheap in texture. I do not find this to be a hydrating lip balm nor could I use it to prevent or cure dry cracked lips.
The packaging is very cool and some what unique (I guess this is what we all get drawn in by). I own every flavor as they were super cheap in the states and the packaging makes me want to buy every one I see.
For people with very dry lips like myself I would not recommend these lip balms as the fragrance and low quality formula will eventually make your lips itchy and break out in a rash.
I bought this after seeing it all over tumblr with it's adorable packaging and sweet scents. I tried it out the first time and was pleasantly delighted about the fruity smell. However about 10 minutes passed and my lips did not feel significantly more moisturised so I applied more. By this time my lips were coated in EOS but nothing seemed to change. I realise this lip balm just seems to form a coat to prevent dry air from getting to your lips and seal in moisture. However they don't really do much for my lips. Will be sticking to my Hurraw balms.
I really love the packaging on these babies. It fits perfectly in your hand, making it comfortable and easy to apply. Not to mention all the colours are funky and cute.
THe lipbalm itself is really nice. I find it to be hydrating, albeit not the longest lasting. Bonus is that if you accidentally get any in your mouth it tastes good. I love the shape of the balm, as I can simply purse my lips and swipe at them, without having to delicately apply anything.
I looove the packaging design. Love the colours and scent. They dont help moisten dry lips or anything like that. I do love the texture when you put it on though.
These are y far the most drying useless lip balms I've ever used in my life! The packaging is obviously the selling point because I honestly can't imagine ever repurchasing this product. Left a nasty feeling residue on my lips that bled onto my skin within minutes. Not good, not good at all!
