Maybelline Baby Lips Review

I love the maybelline baby lips range. They're always well priced, readily available at my local supermarkets and are a great product! They do an awesome job at moisturising my lips, and a tube lasts me ages!

We have about 12 of the floating around. If you have to buy a gift for a tween they are EXTREMELY popular!

My girls constantly have dry, red lips and always leave it until it's really bad and sore. With baby lips we are starting to get the problem under control through prevention. They love using these lipgloss's because of the great scent range which results in way less red, sore lips.

It's soft and sheer on lips- not sticky at all. When applied lips smell for a while after, taste is much the same for all of them. Gloss stays on lips for about 1/2 an hour, with lips staying soft for a while longer but not 8 hours! Best thing is they are washing machine friendly! Cold wash only- but many have turned up out of a pocket at the bottom of my washing machine and they survive to smooth lips once more.

Handy hand bag lip moisturiser. Does the trick. Needs re applied through out the day. Value for money! Cute bright packaging which is easy to find in your handbag. SPF is handy.

Let me start off by saying that my lips get unbearably dry if I don't apply a lip balm to them every few hours. My fave lip product of choice is actually a ointment, not just a standard balm. So I don't think this product is bad at all, it's just not strong enough for what my lips require. If your lips aren't as bad as mine are then you will most likely enjoy Maybelline Baby Lips.

I used to use this product quite often when I was younger, before my lips became really dry. There are many different scents available and I have owned Anti-Oxidant Berry, Mango Pie, Cherry Me, and Peppermint. They all apply smoothly and they smell good enough to eat! My favourite out of these four was Peppermint because it made my lips feel a bit tingly. It moisturised my lips better than the other three did. I also quite liked Cherry Pie because it had red pigment in it. It was nice to keep in my handbag for when I didn't have a lot of time to do my makeup. The Mango Pie and Anti-Oxidant Berry had a nice fruity smell to them but overall I didn't find them nourishing enough.

This product claims to keep your lips protected and moisturised for 8 hours, which I didn't find to be true at all. I would usually have to apply it every hour to keep my lips moisturised. They are SPF 20 though, which is a bonus.

Probably won't purchase these again anytime soon, but I would recommend them to younger people. The packaging is fun and colourful, so I think they are more aimed at teens. But of course anyone can use them if they like!

Maybelline Baby Lips is great! It's a great price and really moisturising.

I generally don't lip chap stick style balms, I tend to find them thick and cakes but this stuff is nice and smooth and absorbs easily.

I generally use mine in the morning, I put it on at the same time as my primer to ready my lips for liner.

A simple item done well!

I have used this product but not to end of the tube.It didnot make my lips feel like baby lips,nor did it make my lips softer.matbe it was just me but my lips didnot change in any way and i gave up useing it.not my best purchase.

This is one sweet smelling (and tasting) lip balm. It's an average kind of balm. One that concentrates on smells that appeal to tweens rather than actually making sure your lips are hydrated. There's nothing overtly wrong with this product, but it's certainly not the first one I'd reach for if I had very dry lips. The slight hint of colour is quite nice, and easy to apply if you just want something easy to pop on. Overall, average.

I bought the Pink Glow (baby lips) and I think it's great! I had seen the ad for it and really wanted to try it. It softens my lips and stays moisturised for quite awhile I wouldn't say 8 hours but maybe a few hours depending how dry my lips are. The lip balm looks like it would be clear but when applied it leave a nice pink colour on my lips, it's very pretty!

I have really dry lips - reaching crisis level now as we approach winter. so i went and bought maybeline baby lips in the weekend. Its not tinted but i'm not too fussed about that. It works splendidly for me! my lips are soft, and hydrated for a long time. i didnt test the 8 hr claim as I subconsciously chew on my lips and hence chew off any lippy or balm i wear.... but the relief it provides my lips from the dryness and sting is great! and it also contains SPF20 which is a bonus.
