NYX Professional Makeup Butter Glosses Review

I love these glosses! Most favourite gloss I've ever purchased! I want them all. Some are quite pigmented and others are a little more sheer, they last reasonably well throughout the day, i usually have to reapply about 3 times in my 9 hour days. They arent very sticky at all, very creamy and taste/smell amazing! Also look great over a similar colour lipstick to add a little moisture and shine :)

I don't usually like glosses, I always feel like they get in my hair if it's windy, they can smear easily and are just a pain in the butt. But the NYX butter glosses are pretty nice, the colour payoff is awesome, and they aren't tacky or sticky. They are moisturising and there are so many colours to choose from.

These are my favourite lip glosses! They smell heavenly and last a while too without being too sticky. I have 5 of them now and the collection is growing! The colour payoff on its own is great with a few layers or you can put them over top of lipstick which is a great combo! A great product

These lips glosses are amazing! Not only are they super hydrating but they are quite long lasting, I find that they last at least 3 hours on me if I don’t eat.

The formulation is not opaque, it is definitely more of a sheen but the pigmentation is still quite good, it gives a subtle colour payoff that works well on its own or paired with your favourite lippy. I love to add Maple Blondie or Eclair over a nude lipstick to give that perfect my lips but better colour.

The scent is delicious, I love using lip products that have a nice scent to them as it makes you want to use them more. I find that the product is not as sticky as some other glosses and it also doesn’t bleed as so many other glosses do when they warm up to your body temperature and become a little watery.

If you haven’t tried these out I strongly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed!

I only have the Peaches & Cream but certainly want to get more! Is certainly worth all the hype on You Tube. This would have to be my fav in the lippy collection. Tastes amazing, layer over other lipsticks to transform any shade or wear alone. It does have a sticky formula which don't normally like but for some reason I don't care with this wee bad boy :)

You should have seen my face when I spotted a NYX counter in one of the malls we were visiting, I was like a kid in a candy shop, but a lot worse, I couldn't decide what to buy, what to test and what to try, my mind has gone from 0-100 thinking where do I start!? I saw the butter glosses and remembered seeing all the raving reviews about how good these were, they didn't have testers but knew they would be great anyway. I brought 3 shades and they cost about $6 NZD.

Now im not fond of lip glosses, Rimmel has reeled me in with their amazing apocalips lipgloss and that was the only lipgloss id been using for a long time.

The butter glosses are soft and creamy, the pigment is medium and they build colour very nicely, no patchiness, it has a very low scent and isn't sticky. They give a good amount of shine and they last longer than the Rimmel apocalips lip gloss, I will be buying the rest of the butter gloss range before I return to New Zealand.

An A+ for lip gloss in my opinion, I have already raved about this gloss to family and friends.

Omg, these are the best lipglosses I've ever used, they are so opaque, so creamy and the colour range is so amazing. They last a good amount of time for a lipgloss, application is easy and it can also go over a lipstick really nicely too. My favourite is tiramisu, makes a great nude colour on my skin tone.

Firstly I have to start by saying I usually hate lip glosses....but I believe NYX lip butter has converted me.

I first learnt about these products through you tube gurus and I have to say they really are amazing, the packaging is simple but effect and the applicator is soft and disposes just enough product.

The colours I currently have are Cherry Pie and Apple Strudel and they are both absolutely gorgeous. Cherry Pie I believe is the most vibrant Butter Gloss and is a beautiful cherry red colour. You can really experiment with intensity with this one. Apple Strudel is a pale peachy pink and looks great alone or over your favourite nude for a bit more shine.

In terms of how it feels on your lips I would say buttery and very moisturising . My lips do not feel sticky when I wear them and I also find them to be fairly long lasting.

Definitely going to invest in more.

I bought about 7 of these, after reading rave reviews about them. I love the smell, and the colours are very pretty too, I use them on a daily basis on top of my lipstick to add a bit of shine. They aren't too sticky, and the range of colours is amazing, I find them a bit sheer without a pencil or a lipstick underneath, but all in all I love these glosses. They are such a reasonable price, its always amazing to me to find such good quality cosmetics for such a reasonable cost, it means you can buy them all!
