L'Oreal Paris Lash Paradise Mascara Reviews

I have mixed feelings about the L'Oreal Lash Paradise mascara... it's so close to being perfect but doesn't quite tick all the boxes for me.

Pros: - The wand is nice and dense and grips every single lash, giving a full and fluttery effect. - I get great volume and length when I use this. - This mascara holds a curl like nobody's business. I don't curl my lashes but when I use this my lashes look freshly curled all day long. - The price is decent - it normally costs around $27 which is a steal compared to the high-end mascaras I normally buy.

Cons: - The formula is quite dry and stiff so I don't think it will last long before it's too dry to use. The dryness also means it does flake a bit and I find little flecks of dry mascara that have fallen onto my face. - It doesn't layer well! I usually like to wear two coats of mascara but when I apply a second coat of Lash Paradise I often get clumps, and the product balls up weirdly on the ends of my lashes. I have to take my time when applying this and take care to not end up with lashes that look like actual insect legs.

Final verdict: I wouldn't tell anyone not to buy this mascara because it IS good once you figure out how to get it to work for you. But since it is a bit finicky I think there are other mascaras I'd recommend first. I think the brush is one of the best I've ever used though, so if the mascara was more of a "wet" formula it would probably be my favourite.

A weird title for a mascara review but oh my gosh it smells amazing, like an expensive perfume or moisturizer! I was surprised it smelt so strongly with it being labelled for sensitive eyes but I had no reaction and throughout the day wafts of the scent caught my nose!

The packaging was also surprising, I liked the shiny lid and how that differed to the matte colour of the rest of the product. That colour is amazing. But it feels oddly light and a bit on the cheap side?

The formula is pretty smooth and thin, I found it definitely lengthened my lashes but lacked on volumizing. Almost lump free as long as I didn't have too much on the brush, I do think my lashes looked soft. I always have a problem with mascara leaving me with panda eyes throughout the day, I wore this product on several different occasions and only had a slight smudge at the end of the day so for me this is such an improvement.

I do like this mascara, but would pair it with another product that adds some volume if I was going for anything other than a soft look. Honestly that smell though is making this one of my new favourite everyday mascaras and will most likely repurchase.

I loved this mascara as an everyday look! The packaging is upmarket although similar to another big brand. The formula is very liquid based so I would only put on a few coats to avoid clumps! Although buildable I think it still leaves you with short lashes. This mascara was easy to remove with micellar water I am a contact lense wearer and this mascara was fine to wear daily

I am soooo happy with the performance of this mascara! I'm very fussy when it comes to mascara as lots of one's that other people love, I hate because they end up smudging all over the place (hello.. better then sex mascara!). This one is easy to apply, with one coat your lashes are fully coated- I tend to do two thought to amp up the drama! It does not clump, flake or smudge ALL day! So great! I'm a physiotherapist & work with rugby teams & I wore it for a full day running around, getting sweaty & it didn't smudge at all! Highly recommend!

Wow I actually really enjoyed using this for 2 days (until miss 10 decided to claim it lol). I find a lot of mascaras after a couple hours make me want to rub at my eyes but this was really good and didn't make me want to rub them. Definitely keen to buy one and keep using it, the brush is really nice too and found it good to come off with makeup wipes. Recommended definitely and thankful for being able to try it.

Thank you for the opportunity to try this. This did what it said in the sense that it did not cause itchiness of my eyes, which was a definite plus for me as I have found a lot of mascaras are now causing this with my eyes. It also offered great volumizing and lengthening and did not flake or smudge - another great plus! Unfortunately though I found it did clump on a few occasions and I believe the applicator needs a pointed tip to enable easier application of lashes in the corners of the eyes. Overall though, not a bad mascara :)

This didnt take me to paradise! It was okay and not clumpy. Worked pretty good on bottom lashes as well. I have few and short eyelashes and it wasnt life changing for me. I prefer a smaller brush to ensure they all get coated. I loved the branding and packaging such a beautiful colour in your make bag. Easy to find as it isnt the usual neutral or black . The price point is ok, I think I would prefer to try the waterproof mascara especially in winter. I had no leaking mishaps however haha!

It does exactly what it says, the volume and length is amazing. I don’t have long lashes so I usually pick a Mascara that can do this and the L’Oréal Paris lash paradise mascara does. I would recommend to anyone looking for volume and length. I wore it to work which is in hospitality and it lasted all day without smudging. It’s not waterproof so consider this when purchasing, I used micellar water to remove. Pricing online seems to be reasonable for a mascara. Very easy to apply, went on smooth. Great mascara overall I will be purchasing in the future.

The product is made in Italy. I really like the packaging. It comes in a sleek sophisticated but yet simple tube.

The Lash Paradise has a soft bristle brush allowing me to get right up against every lash from the root to the tip. I find the brush works really well for separating and spreading the lashes out evenly, adding length and definition. The bristles also add volume as they thicken the lashes for a beautiful finish.

The product is easy to apply. The formula is smooth, not too wet clumpy and no smudging. It has long lasting formula, didn’t smudge or flake throughout the day. I only go up to the second coat, and that is enough volume for me. I had Lasik eye surgery 6 months ago so I am really careful when it comes to eye products. This mascara did not irritate my eyes!

If you want thick lashes, lots of volume and nicely separated lashes, give this a go.

Upon receiving this mascara and reading the box I was excited to see if it really did lengthen my lashes and define like it stated. The tube is a cute pink colour with little to no information other than branding. I actually quite like this. Opening it up I got a nice subtle fragrance which I actually commented out loud and told my husband to smell. I notice this everytime I open and like it. I have never had a mascara that was fragrances before. Quite a nice change. The wand is a good size brush curved slightly, with soft bristles. I did notice it blobbed at the very end of the brush but easy to wipe it off in the tube before applying.

Applying the mascara I noticed it glided on easily with no clumping most of the time. Only 1 occasion it clumped and looked thick. It coated my lashes making them look longer and thicker. Great for an every day look. Adding a second coat gives it a thicker, darker evening look. 1 coat in the morning lasts all day which is really good. Doesn't wear down or break off during the day leaving black bits on the cheek bones. Lashes feel soft once mascara dries. Comes off easily with a gentle makeup remover.
