Maybelline Define-a-lash Mascara Review

Pleased to receive a new mascara for free and the pink packaging is gorgeous. Goes on well and like the effect of longer looking lashes but it smudges after awhile and on my eyelids the panda look is not great. I wouldn't buy it myself but as a back up mascara to have its ok.

I was another one who recieved this for free from ilovebeauty.com . I was excited to try this as I have read some great reviews...and some not so great reviews. For me, it worked really well. Glided on like a dream with no clumping what so ever. Didnt seperate every single lash but did a pretty good job though. The colour is a nice dark, bold black which I love. It did add a little bit of volume but not as much as it leads you to believe. The packaging is cute but I just dont get the clear tip on the lid lol! Overall I actually really like this mascara, not the best of the best but pretty good!

As far as mascaras go I wouldn't waste your money. There are definitely so many better mascaras at there for the same price. I found the brush REALLY annoying, I found my lashes clumped together and I didn't notice any extra thickness or length. I also found by the end of the day it had smeared under my eye and I looked like a panda...........while pandas are cute and cuddle it really wasn't the look I was going for! My suggestion would be give this one a pass!

I also received this for free from i love beauty NZ,I used it for the first time yesterday and thought it was good for free but i wouldn't purchase it over any of my other mascaras i currently use, It gives ok length but as for volume and Zero clumps i disagree not the biggest fan but like i said good for a freebie but not what i am after in a mascara.

This is quite a good mascara, I could quite easily use this as a everyday type, it not clumpy, lasts all day without smudging and is very affordable, when removing it came off very easily and didn't require any excess rubbing. Packaged in a pretty shiny purply/pink tube also adds its appeal to me as I love shiny pink and purple!! The formula never seemed to dry out and I had no trouble from flakiness. It didn't produce drastic effects to my lashes just added colour and made the eye pop which is all you need for a work day

I also received this for free recently & have used it a couple of times with great results! It doesn't clump and makes my eyelashes nice and long. I'm pleasantly surprised and I'd definitely recommend this to others.

Lucky to receive this free, and really wasn't expecting much but have found it fantastic. No clumps, gives length to my shortening eyelashes and really makes them look fuller. Really pleased with the results.

I got this mascara free from ilovebeauty.com and had low expectations but it is a really good mascara! does what it says and doesn't clump, even when I layer and layer my coats (I love dramatic lashes!) I will actually happily but this again!

I wasn't expecting good results as I have tried maybelline mascaras in the past and have not been that impressed. However, after coating my lashes I was surprised how good the mascara was.

My lashes look super long and very similar to when i had eye lash extensions! This is my new must-have product and one of my favourite mascaras now.
