Maybelline The Falsies Lash Lift Mascara Reviews

I got given this from my mum who didn't like it but score for me this mascara is fab! The tube is massive and lasts a while so definitely worth the money.

I use two coats of this and definitely don't let it dry between coats. Makes my lashes look extra thick and long, I feel like they don't look lifted enough for me so I use my eyelash curler as well and then they definitely look full like false lashes. Highly recommend. Lashes can get a little gluey/stuck together and don't look great if you aren't brushing through them enough before a coat dries.

Really like the wand too, coats everything really evenly and is easy to use.

This mascara does what it says, however can be tricky to remove. I found that applying more than one coat, caused clumping.

I got this product based on the reviews I read on it - everyone has raved about this mascara and I thought I will give it a try. It’s affordable and I have used other great Maybelline mascaras before so I was very excited to try it for myself. I wear contacts and this mascara does not accommodate with my contact lenses - it feels as if the product wears down during the day and then goes into my eyes - and causes blurry vision. I have tried the mascara when I don’t wear contacts and it did the same but caused an irritation and it was just unpleasant. It feels as if it leaves a “glue” coat on the lash - which I suspect causes the irritation. It didn’t do wonders for my lashes - so I’m back to square one on my search for that perfect mascara.

No matter what I did to prep my lashes this mascara could never hold a curl. It also flakes very easily and would leave me looking like a panda all day. The formula was not black enough and did not compliment my eyes.

This is my favourite Maybelline mascara, what it does to my lashes is amazing, they become so long and thick looking. I have been asked a few times what false lashes I use lol. On nights I go out, I use it twice for extra thickness. I have definitely recommended it to friends and family!

I have fine straight lashes. So I’m never really happy with a mascara. Until I used this one! It holds the curl of my lashes in place all day, isn’t clumpy, fans the lashes out, gives volume and curl. It also doesn’t smudge or crumble under the eyes. I have hooded eyes and oily skin so mascaras normally end up smudging on my eyelid. This one doesn’t! I can also build up the layers to add more of a dramatic affect.

I originally received a sample size of this mascara with a Black Box about 1 year ago. I was hesitant to use it as I am normally a high end mascara snob but I needed to trial it to review it. I was so shocked when I used it for the first time, I couldn't believe how good it was! I have now repurchased this 3 times and won't be going back to my high end mascaras at this stage. It really does do what it claims, it keeps the lashes separated and lifts them and doesn't look clumpy.

Love this mascara, have tried many maybelline mascaras but will always reach back for this one. You will love if you like straight think mascara wands

I keep coming back to this mascara! Unexpectedly great! My lashes looks amazing, and one coat is enough! This is also in most pharmacies, and budget friendly. Doesn’t smudge at all.
