Living Nature Skin Mini's

I got these recently and have used them both together and seperately.

I also used them with the Living Nature exfoliant. When I used them after the exfoliant I found they went a bit funny in texture, but were still moisturising and vitalising.

The cleanser keeps pimples down a little bit and wakes the face up a bit. The gel is also a bit of a wake up and is creamy like the cleanser which I found a bit strange, but nice and hydrating. Then the day cream keeps the skin moisture in.

The whole set has a gentle smell and feel. I love the light natural feel of the products on my skin and that they are organic and New Zealand made. I also love that they're doing a mini set so people can try all the products without having to buy the big expensive version of them all. Its a great idea and I think more people will actually consider buying the full size products if they've tried them like this.

I absolutely loved this botanical skin care range. I used it for just under a week, my skin is hydrated, smooth and blemish free. I love the herbal scent and the subtle hints of mint. The cleanser is gentle and non drying, the toner dries quickly and the moisturizer absorbs rapidly without leaving a greasy sheen. I definitely will be using this product again.

I enjoyed trialling these products and would certainly use them again, especially if travelling. The size of the bottles is perfect for a few days' away and would definitely meet current airline restrictions, if you wanted to carry your skincare products in your purse or hand luggage.

The Vitalising Cleanser was light, creamy and certainly made my skin feel clean after sweaty gym sessions. I have to admit I don't normally use toner but the Hydrating Toning Gel was great. Didn't feel much different from the cleanser when I put it on, but within the 30 seconds recommended waiting time, I could feel my skin become taut and it had a nice cooling effect. Reminded me of when you put cucumber slices on your skin. The Nourishing Day Cream went on light but my skin felt smooth and hydrated for several hours after. My skin is quite dry, other than in the T-zone, but the day cream made it feel well-hydrated. All three products were gentle on my sensitive skin and didn't feel oily or greasy.

The only downside for me is the price....a tad steep for the size of what you're getting, I feel.

I really like the cleanser and toner. My skin is feeling softer and I'm sure my pores are smaller and face feeling tighter but... I'm not overly enthused with the face cream. My skin feels like it wants more... A pity really cos I love the size of the pack for throwing in my bag for those nights away. The frangrance is left wanting as well - I don't like it. I would recommend the cleanser and toner and maybe the face cream would be better on younger skin...
