Being an OPI product, I guess I was expecting the same quality... but I've been pretty disappointed with the Nicole range. They have some lovely colors and the price is better than the OPI range, but I wouldn't use their top-coat again. I've found it chips and peels much too quickly, unlike the wonderful OPI top-coats. I have to use two or three coats of Nicole, and re-do them again if I wear my polish for more than a week.

Reviews
I only own one Nicole OPI out of my 50+ nail polishes and it's for a reason. The formula in it with all that I have tried is quite runny and I have to apply lots and lots of layers for it to actually look good. A little disappointing as I am a huge fan of OPI. On the plus side it was cheaper :-)
Yes, what I wrote in the heading is 100% absolutely, positively true. No lies.
I was lucky enough to win one of the Carrie Underwood polishes in the shade Southern Charm off of the Nicole by OPI Facebook page a month or so ago.
Firstly, the packaging - yes, it's a little weird, but upon further inspection I realized that it was like the Rihanna perfume bottles, supposed to be a heel! How cute? It's not harder to manage, even though it looks a little weird. The brush is big enough to cover your nail with one or two swipes, which I love - it's not too thin and not too thick either.
The formula, I have never had a nail polish which had this wonder-like formula like this one. It's totally manageable, it dries super fast, it leaves absolutely NO streaks on your nails, even if you just apply one coat.
The polish lasts a week + on your nails, and it's super easy to remove. I absolutely adore my polish - and if it weren't for them being exclusively available at Countdown, I would definitely buy more! There are a lot of colours I have my eye on.
Tips: Two coats give you the perfect colour.
I bought this colour because the light pink that I had originally wanted was out of stock. I'm impressed with the texture, finish and glossy look. The finish is very even looking and I only needed two coats. It doesn't chip easily and I'd rate it 7/10 for lasting power. The price is a bit high for me but I'm making up for it by not buying any more nail polish from September to October (hopefully).
I got one of these a couple of months ago and it has been a favourite polish in my collection since. I have this in the shade 'Khloe had a little lam lam' which is a deep murky teal color.
The consistencey of this formula and the brush i think are really good i find this polish fool-proof in applying smoothly and evenly. Two coats of this polish provides full coverage and the finish is quite glossy at first and then somehow appears more of a dull glossy finish by the second day of wear. I get 3-4 days wear out of this polish with only two coats, no base or top coat before chipping becomes noticeable.
This is a good quality nail polish and to me it's worth the price.
As a nail technician and nail art blogger, I find that I love this brand! What attracts me most is the bright colours. From what I've been told, Nicole by OPI is targeted at a younger audience, which makes sense going by all the beautiful glitters and brights in their collections! The consistency is perfect - I've got one in particular (Please Red-Cycle) that only needs one coat!
Tips: It's got a slightly thinner brush than normal OPI.
I got a few of these as a little gift from my sister, and the shape of the bottle is very original, slight slanted, and it looks like a little show to me !!
I love the colours, wow, they honestly are on point ! I only the the purple (prized possesion purple), the sparkly glitter (make U smile) and the light blue (baby blue)
The brush is perfect for me, it isn't to small so you have to stripe your nail heaps of times, and not too big to get it messy, you only have to do a few stripes.
The drying process will 'wow' it dries faster than you think, and for that price, and the ability to dry so fast is just wow.
I normally do two coats, and they do not chip off, and they look even better with two coats.
These are way cheaper than the normal OPI, and I think they are better. Great value for money
Tips: two coats for a perfect finish
I have this in two shades Shoot for the Maroon which is a sparkly maroon color and Di-Vine is Divine which is just a plain maroon color. I received these from a beauty bundle online and was really excited to get these as I love every OPI nail polish I have used. I was really disappointed with this product it was easy to apply and dried quickly. However, this nail polish either chipped away or just slipped off my nails. I wouldn't repurchase these nail polishes as I found they were horrible and not worth the money.
I have the shades My Empire...My Rules, Your Lips Are Dripping Honey, I'm A Pool For Love, Blue-Berry Sweet On You, Hello World, Party Bus, Change the World, Find Your Passion and Please Red-Cycle. I love the quality of the polishes, they dry really quickly and I can get away with one coat because it certainly doesn't chip easily and the colour payoff is amazing. I'm really impressed with the quality, and it's cheaper than regular OPI, so I will definitely repurchase polishes in the Nicole range. The range also has so many really pretty colours, I'm desperate to try them all. The only thing I don't like is the weird shape of the bottles. My Empire...My Rules is a lovely taupe shade, I normally hate taupe but the nail polish looks lovely on my skin tone and I have had heaps of compliments when I have worn it. Your Lips Are Dripping Honey is a stunning glitter in the bottle but being a glitter polish it looks lacklustre by itself and needs to be layered over nail polish. It looks simply stunning layered over black nail polish but layered over any other shade it looks a bit blah. I'm a Pool For Love is a dark purple shimmer that leans towards blue black when applied but it is very stunning as it looks like a whole new nail polish in differing levels of light, in sunlight its a dazzling purple shimmer whereas in artificial light it appears to be black. Blue-berry Sweet on You is from the Gumdrops collection. It's a stunning blue-purple shimmer that dries matte. It does tend to take longer to dry though than other Nicole by OPI polishes. Hello World is a fiery orange red, however its application is surprisingly sheer and it needs several coats to get to full opacity. Party Bus is a stunning silver holographic glitter polish with fine glitter and large flower shaped glitter pieces. The glitter catches the light beautifully on the nail, and it dries very quickly for a glitter. However, it is very difficult to get any of the larger flower glitter onto the nail as this sinks into the bottom. Hello World is a pinky red colour with a subtle shimmer throughout. With one coat, this becomes fully opaque and it dries super quick and doesn't chip easily. A winner in my book. Find Your Passion is a summery coral pink. It needs 3 coats to get to full opacity but dries super quick so it's not a problem. Please Red-Cycle is a glossy pinky-red. It builds to full opacity in just one coat and dries speedily.
Ahh I am so in love with this polish and this colour. I won one off their Facebook page and I've been buying them every time I head over to Countdown. Such lovely quality for such a good price.
I personally don't understand the difference between OPI and OPI Nicole, because to me they are the exact same quality, except Nicole has a better, more appropriate and suited price tag.
Note that it does have a strong odour. But to me it is sort of on the pleasant side. Haha
The brush is nice and thick, although its not as suitable for the glitter range, because the glitter colours are a thicker consistency, making it harder to paint. It does however do the job fine anyway.
I also find that the glitter ones apply thick on the nail, but I have had no problem with chipping, peeling or drying time. It actually gives the nail a nice 3D effect.
I find that the normal colours do have a bit of wear and tear after a couple days, buy its nothing huge, and can be fixed with a tiny little dab of the brush. They dry super quick, are very opaque and last long time without major chips.
I also love how they come up with all these limited edition ranges which are so pretty, with creative, amazing names to match them too!
If you are like me, and think that $14 is too much money for nail polish - I've noticed that wet n' wild have incredibly similar colours. For $3 a piece, you can find some fabulous dupes.
