My dental hygienist recommended this to me and always gives me a bottle after a visit. It helps to calm down sensitivity which goes into overdrive after a cleaning.....well for me anyway.
I use a capful and swish it around my mouth for around 30 seconds. I found it felt a bit burny so sometimes I don't even make it to 30 seconds. I don't really enjoy the taste much either.
I feel like it works but it needs to be used with Sensodyne toothpaste to get the full benefits. Helps settle things down and makes sensitive teeth feel better.
I like Sensodyne toothpaste so I decided to purchase this mouthwash. I have sensitive teeth and gums.
This unfortunately isn't as good as the toothpaste, which I buy regularly. It doesn't seem as strong as my usual mouth wash and as effective.
Therefore, this has been a one-off purchase and I will stick with my usual Colgate mouthwash.
This mouthwash seemed like an average product. Nothing spectacular but it still does the job. This product is great for freshness and killing germs in the mouth. However, I didn't notice too much of a difference in my mouth sensitivity. Overall, it left my mouth feeling clean and minty.
NOt a big fan of this one, like many mouthwashes i found it burnt the cr*p out of my tongue, it felt on fire and i couldnt even hold it in my mouth longer than 10seconds! I have a heat sensitive tooth and a sweet sensitivity tooth and this mouthwash didnt seem to help either sensitivity. Big thumbs down, i moved onto something else
I guess you can call me picky but once I get used to something it is pretty hard to get me to change my mind especially when it is oral health. However, during a tough month money wise seeing this mouthwash on special whilst shopping, saving me a full $5 on my regular kind I opted to give it a try.
It was a smaller than normal bottle and the mouthwash was basically just water with a colour dye in it, there was no full fresh mouth feeling that I normally get, it isn't very effective at flushing out between my teeth and in general it just didn't feel right and my mouth was not as fresh as I like. Went back to my regular kind next shopping day.
This is an antiseptic product and I like to use it once a month or every other month .when I say once a month I mean for one week in a row each month. I was advised on a dental visit that post appointment aids should use Sensodyne. I like to use minty mouthwash and quite enjoy the tingle if there are any. I can feel let down if the mouthwash doesn't give me a minty powerful kick. The feel leaves me to believe that the job is being done. If ever you get bleeding gums then this will help with that also I suggest you visit your local dentist. This can leave my mouth feeling clean for at least three hours which is good for me, although longer is preferred.
