I love this product! Its so light on the skin and doesn't leave the face looking or feeling cakey at all. The texture is also amazing, so much so that you can apply the product with your hand - just like a moisturizer - and it spreads evenly, and leaving a nice blend on the face giving that natural glow.

I had been interested in trying this foundation for a while, as I've seen some pretty good reviews of it on YouTube. So I picked it up from the vault.
The available shades were Porcelain, Medium/Tan, and Tan. I got the shades Porcelain and Medium/Tan. I have very light skin, but use fake tan in summer, so I knew this would be too light. Also, I have yellow undertones, and this is more pink. Medium/Tan would be much too dark, but I figured mixing the two shades together would work well, and it does!
The light-to-medium coverage is just right for wearing in the warmer weather. I prefer something lightweight when it's warm, especially since I wear a mask to work. It doesn't cover dark circles etc, but I use a concealer for that. I set with pressed powder, and it stays on pretty well under a mask.
The foundation contains niacinamide, and I'm wondering if it is helping to clear up my 'maskne'. It's hard to tell, as it is quite a small amount, and I'm using a couple of skincare products containing niacinamide, as well as a few containing salicylic acid. It certainly hasn't caused any skin problems, so that is great!
I picked this up in the vault, thanks BR. I got the shade porcelain 510 which I thought might be a bit too fair being summer but it was ok and I made it work.
It comes in a 30ml squeezy tube, consistency wise it is quite runny. It has a weird scent to me....it reminds me of a fake tan I used back in high school lol. It states it is formulated without formaldehyde, phthalates, parabens, sulphates and talc so that appeals to me.
I apply this after cleansing and moisturising and it glides on nicely, I like to use my RT sponge as that is what works best for my skin. I have dry skin with the occasional spot. It doesn't cling to any dry patches or settle weird in any fine lines, also the best thing it doesn't go cakey! I like the name Skin Milk lol I don't know why but I do.
It is nice and light on my skin and looks quite natural, coverage is definitely light-medium. I had a whopper of a zit on my forehead and it really didn't cover it much so if you want something with more coverage this is not for you. I also found it takes a little while to dry down, I had a tacky feeling face the first time I used it and I though uh oh I am going to hate this but it settled down.
I will happily continue using this and it is lovely for these hot days. I am curious what the next shade up from this is like so might try that next.
I picked this up in winter when my skin was really dry and my normal foundation was looking terrible on my skin.
This is a great everyday foundation that can be built from a medium to full coverage. Blends out beautifully with a sponge and leaves your skin with a semi glowy finish.
The only downside I found is that it does not last all day on my skin. It tends to fade a bit and my redness shows through after the 8 hour mark.
I am living the texture and smoothness that this foundation gives to my skin . I use foundation every day as l am out side a lot and l am sure it gives my skin an extra layer if protection against the elements. My skin felt nourished and silky , with this foundation, l also like that it also has a simple container, it makes it easy to take with me , and light weight to carry Good value for such a nice foundation as well .
I got the Cover girl clean fresh Skin Milk I. Medium/ tan from the beauty Vault and I think it's my new faveourite and I may switch from the good old faithful Olay tinted moisturizer to this. I've got a very hard to match Olive skin tone and most tinted moisturizers, bb creams and foundations I make terrible fails with. They are either too orange looking or make me appear like a ghost. I went to apply this and thought, oh no, here's another orangey fail as it did look orange but as I blended it matched my skin tone perfectly. The product gave me a really natural looking medium coverage and with a little bit of concealer and finishing powder I was good to go! It also felt alot cleaner and less greasy than my usual product and lasted all day. I also have acne prone skin that can flare up after using bb creams and the like and this did nothing which I love.
Tips: Works great in combination with concealer and finishing powder for a fast, easy, natural every day look.
Wow I did not think I would like this as much as I do, it's absolutely stunning I should have got one shade lighter but can still make it work, I have worn this to work and it lasted so well skin still looked smooth and dewy and beautiful after 8 hours in heat! The coverage I great especially for day to day light to medium coverage builds nicely looks like skin, evens out skin tone, is a very liquidy texture I just think this one is stunning! I want to day this might be my new favorite face product and will be without doubt buying this again when this one runs out or I may just get a lighter shade and mix the two.
Tips: I have only applied with a foundation brush a flat top brush and it's gorgeous!
I got two of these in the vault. The lightest and second lightest shade. This one was definitely suitable for very pale people I can be built up in terms of coverage as it's Medium I would say. I really like that it's formulated without formaldehyde, phthalates, parabens, sulphates and talc. I don't think it adjusts to skin but it's a nice foundation it didn't feel over greasy or super drying either the finish was not super amazing on my textured skin but I've seen far worse. Vegan and cruelty free you say? Hmmm I wonder if there's much loop holes like with L'Oréal. . . I got the next shade down in this and there was quite a difference. As much as I don't like plastic for the environment the tube is a lot easier and less heavy to haul around than glass. Can't comment on it lasting all day but when I tried it a few hours later it was still there. I might re buy this
This product can be worn as a light coverage but it is totally buildable, it does give the nice dewy look it promises, very hydrating the only issue I have is that it does slightly deepen in tone once it has been applied to the skin.
I purchased this from beauty vault (thanks beauty review!) and I'm so happy that I did. It applies nicely and even when I don't put moisturizer/primer before it looks nice. It gives medium coverage and makes the skin look natural. This is now one of my favourite foundations.
Tips: If needing more coverage use concealer for problem areas and you should be sorted :)
