Over the years I have tried different brands but this is one that I prefer for comfort, price and just feeling protected by. They come in different absorbency levels and I find I am fairly consistent but can fluctuate between. They used to be better in my opinion (could just be my body post childbirth) as they fluffed less on removal but have found that other brands can be worse in that respect. Whilst I find another brand easier to insert I still prefer to buy this particular one based on price and availability as well as staying put (it's also handy if sending the unsuspecting husband to do the groceries and then slipping tampons on the list heehee... at least he recognizes the brand I use most often and comes home with these).

Tips: If you are just starting out... try a couple of different brands and opt for ones with applicators as they can be great to position the tampon correctly until you get used to where they should sit. A tampon shouldn't feel uncomfortable to use. Read the instructions and understand how often you need to change them.
I have been using the same product for my nether region, for ever and not getting such a wonderful result so it was time for a change. I am pleasantly surprised! This product claims to be fluffless and it is,and its very absorbant...no embarrassing accidents! Good value for money, comfortable fit and does a great job. Its A plus from me :-)
Tips: Cute packaging!
For some reason, my body does not react well with the libra tampons. When i have used them i get constant cramps and pains and find it takes me numerous attempts to get it in the right position and even then i still get a lot of discomfort. I have changed from libra tampons and would not purchase again.
I without a doubt think that these over dry you. They hurt when pushing in and pulling them out because they soak up any moisture allowing the tampon to remove itself. Found myself needing to many trys to get in the right place
I have bought these in many iterations over the years, in all kinds of box designs. Libra were my favourite for a long time, especially their pads with the cool facts - why can't they do that on the tampons?
I find them easy to use and I like the click shut box, though I keep mine in a specially designed plastic case which only holds 3-4.
I like the bright wrapper on the tampon itself, though it can be hard to avoid touching the tampon (other than just the base) while inserting it, which I try to do to avoid contamination of the tampon, even though I always have clean hands.
They do their job and are reasonably priced and no doubt I will buy them again (though U by Kotex are my current brand of choice)
I find these seem to be the best value for money especially the 32 packs I just have a couple of the smaller boxes that I fill up for one in my bag and one in my car so I don't often get caught out I don't find that they fluff out when you put the cord from the package which drove me nuts. I also like the different boxes you can pick
These tampons are certainly not my favourite the last time I used one of these the tampon didn't absorb much of my flow but leaked it out instead and when I went to remove the tampon it was still so dry (even after 5 hours) that the tampon disintegrated inside me which I then had to remove using my finger (gross) as well as this it ruined a great pair of underwear from the leakage. Not Happy
I have tried every brand out there and always come back to Libra. Easy to open, cute looking packaging. Very affordable and work very well. Will continue to use as I think they are the best.
Let me begin by saying that I love the packaging of all libra products. They are fun and girly. This is no different. The box is easy to secure and pop in the bag. The tampon comes individually wrapped and to open you just have to twist the wrapper.
The tapered tip makes it easy to slide through and its very comfortable to wear. I mainly use the regular one as I find that it is just right for my flow. It stays with me for 4-6 hours at a time. I dont use it during the last days as there isn't much flow and that makes it difficult to pull the tampon out. I do use a panty liner with this just in case if theres any leakage.
No matter how good Libra is I have my favorite brand and would prefer to use that. Its just a personal prefence and nothing against the product.
I tried Libra tampons at various stages over the years for a variety of reasons - after noticing friends using them, borrowing them when I've been caught short, purchasing them when my go-to brand wasn't available etc. and also because I thought I'd see if they were better than my usual go-to tampons. Over the years the packaging has changed a little but not much - quite bright but plain and bearing the Libra logo.
The tampons themselves are reasonably easy to unwrap and insert, pretty much in line with other tampons that don't have applicators, and are as aborbent size-wise, as any other.
Like wise they are similarly priced to other brands of the same product size and pack size.
I find them pretty good but like other brands, somehow lack something that has stopped me from breaching my loyalty to my go-to brand. I'm just not sure what that is, but my go-to brand is completely non-fluffy whereas the other brands aren't as tightly packed (if that explains it?).
From my knowledge Libra don't offer sample packs like Kotex do.
I would recommend the brand to women to try, as most brands are quite similar it's worth trying them all to find what suits you uniquely.
