I have the world's most unruly, explosive eyebrows known to man!
Whilst eyebrow technicians love them (something about having a large canvas), I am less appreciative of them. People tend to think of bad eyebrows as a monobrow - thats not my issue. My issue is that my eyebrows extend up and out. So I get them popping up on my forehead all the way out towards my hairline, and slightly depending below my eye.
To say I'm over plucking my eyebrows is an understatement, if it was just my brows that needed plucking it would be fine, but all the other stray hairs make it a pain in the butt..especially when my hair grows so fast, its a 2 weekly affair.
This product is perfect for me. It took a bit of getting used to, but I was persistent and motivated to master it. The wand isn't as simple to master as you might imagine, and the instructions make it sound simplier than it is. Firstly, the wax needs to be quite warm for easy and accurate application. The instructions were quite blasé about the temperature, but its really the key to using it. I was standing it in warm water to soften, but when I moved to the microwave method and warmed it more than indicted by the instructions was when I started to get proper results. Secondly, apply the wax in a reverse direction to your eyebrows holding the wand nozzle fairly flat to your skin. Thirdly, rub and let cool for quite a while before peeling off.
I love this for taking care of my strays, and gives me a fantastic topline on my eyebrows. For my underbrow, its less so and still needs a bit of a tidy up, but it takes a lot of work out of it.
This product was too awkward to use as it was too thick or stringy type even though it was sitting in a glass of hot water. I prefer the strips
