I was excited to try this wax out and was so disappointed with the results! I followed the instructions correctly but it just didn't work. The wax didn't stick well to the strip and no hair would be removed. Would not recommend this to anyone or bother trying it again.
I would not buy this product again. It is not easy to control or apply and did not remove the unwanted hair. It may work better if someone else is doing it for you but in my opinion this was a big waste of money. You might as well go to the salon at this price this costs. Adding to that mine broke after a couple of uses and could not be repaired so was an ever bigger waste unfortunately. Wouldn't recommend this.
My stray eyebrow hairs grow back really fast so I was looking forward to using this as it seemed like a simple and effective concept. I was wrong. I followed the instructions perfectly and tried it a few times but could never get any good results. The wax spills out of the tip really quickly so it can get quite messy. The wax didn't stick to the hair or fabric strip well enough and I just ended up pulling the strip off and leaving the hairs and wax on my face. It took out a couple of hairs but hardly enough to be worth using. Don't waste your time.
I brought this thinking it would be a lot easier to do my eyebrows but i was wrong! First time use there was an air bubble in the tube which i couldnt see so was splurted everywhere, luckily i was nowhere near my face! And second of all once i started to apply it was stringy and it definitely didnt pull any hairs out >:/
I purchased this to tame my brows, usually i go for the strips and cut them but saw this and was like that is an awesome idea. Got home and gave it a go...well first go i think it removed one or two hairs so i tried again i tried sitting it in hotter water thinking not warmed up enough....this time same result. I tried one more time still same results again. Blah i gave up it wasn't working for me not sure why, but I think I will stick with the strips which is a shame because I liked the concept
I have pale yellowy olive skin, and dark brown hair. I have enough hair on my upper lip that it bothers me, so I have been waxing it off for years and have tried lots of different kinds of wax. I’ve never bothered to get it done by a beautician as I find it’s so easy and cheap to do in the privacy of your own home. I tend to wax every couple of months, with tweezing in between to maintain. I find that even blonde upper lip hair becomes super noticeable in the sun, so I much prefer to wax rather than bleach.
I bought this to do my upper lip as I prefer to tweeze my eyebrows - I find it far more precise.
This stuff was meant to be awesome - you smear it on, put the strip on top and then pull off. My mistake was heating this using running water when my body heat was insufficient. Water got into the tube and made it totally unusable - what a waste. A bit of a fail on my part but a packaging fail also. If water can get in, can wax get out if it gets too warm? I hope not.
I also found it difficult to apply. I much prefer the strips where the right amount of wax is already on the strip - I just find it so much easier.
Thought I would change up my usual facial hair removal product and give this one a go. However, there is a reason I stick to my 'usual'. It looked simple and easy to use on the packaging and read the instructions. I found though that this product didn't really work. Tried it on my brows and it appeared to stick to the hairs really well but upon removal didn't get it all out. Also tried it on upper lip area and it didn't remove any hairs at all. Gave up on this product and went got brows and upper lip done by a beautician. Thought i'd save money by doing an at home job and just ended up costing more.
I brought this with expectations that I could achieve an eyebrow wax at home, my expectations couldn’t have been more wrong.
The product comes in a wand style with the wax visible inside. The wax inside is green and resembles gel. To dispense the product you twist the wand up to get the gel out. No heating required apparently but not the case. i struggled to get the product up following their instructions.
I found this very difficult to spread across the skin, and it seemed to get everywhere on my face apart from my eyebrow hairs. I achieved no hair removal and felt defected.
I think this has the potential to be a really good product but the formula just didn’t work for me.
Have tried this more than once and I hated it. Everytime it does stick to the muslim properly and it doesn't rip the hairs out properly, it ends up in a horrible mess. As a qualified beautician my technique is definatley not the problem
