Wax strips? Not a bad idea... Although my facial hair is not really obvious... It does grow quite a bit on the sides of my face and funnily, also on my ears, which can be visible when the sunlight strikes the right spot. I was always worried if i plucked at it too much, whether it will grow thicker and darker.
This is when these strips came in handy... although it doesn’t cover a very large surface area of the face, it was enough to get rid of the side hairs.
The green apple coloured wax was a little stickier and harder than i first imagined it to be... I usually have cold hands, so it took an extra effort for me to rub and warm up the wax strips for use.. However, the consistency of the wax makes it a nice and gentle wax, which works quite well for the fine thin hairs, but not so much on the thicker.
I must say.. It wasn’t really fun trying to wash off the little residue of the wax left sticking to my hair or on my face, as it can be difficult to wash off without accidently pulling your hair.. which does tend to hurt a bit.
Despite this, the product smells natural and fresh.
I often use facial/small prepacked wax strips but personally found these to be alot more harsh on my skin then other brands. The wax seems harder then others ive used an also took alot of self generated heat just to peal. It did remove the majority of the hair but did still leave more then other wax strips ive used at the sides of the wax strip. I did enjoy the scent and do enjoy nads products but found these to not be something id use again
