horrid experience down there lol, drys way to fast, hard to get all of it off. just messy and plain painful in my opinion. never again. was quiet let down as Ive used nads products in the past and never had an issue until now.
Would I recommend this product to a friend...? UH... I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy! It didn't even heat up to a consistency that I would of expected then it sets before I could spread it on properly. Trying to remove this product bought tears to my eyes... It would pull and rip the skin and I was tender for days.. do you think I could remove all of this product NO!
Tips: Do not waste your time or money
I abolsutely despise this product. I bought it a while ago as I do my own waxes at home and it was the most painful waxing experience I have ever had. Although it's a hard wax (which is supposed to be the easiest and most painless to use), it continually broke and left me having to 'pluck' small pieces of wax from my body. The wax never came off in one clear strip. I will never buy this product again - I only use Nair salon hard wax now as it always comes away cleanly and is the least painful!
I tried this once - massive regret. I found it hard to apply and I was such a sook and couldn't pull it off by myself. I ended up in the shower trying to get the strip off. Was this my proudest moment as a woman? Definitely not. If you are committed to being able to pull it off (or you have a friend helping) this would definitely have a different outcome for you. I'd much rather pay someone to do this for me!
Holy molyyy! What a high maintenance and difficult wax. Firstly, just keeping it at the right temperature and consistency was giving me whiplash - continuous reheating required as it cools and hardens quite quickly and because you're dealing with a delicate area, you don't want to be rushing these things! Turns out, time and patience mean nothing because it still turns out to be an utter mess with cracked, flakey bits of hard wax everywhere making it even more time consuming. Result? Hellishly painful, irritation and sensitivity for the following few days. There is absolutely no positive comments I can make about this wax - if I could rate it a 0/5, I would without hesitation. If only there was a BR when I tried it, would have saved a whole lotta frustration and agony! Never ever again.
Tips: Throwing your money down a drain will hurt a hell of alot less than if you were to purchase this product.
I would rate this a 0/5 if that was an option. First off, the mixture is hard to keep at the right temperature and is very messy. Secondly, it hurts soooo much more than going into a salon when removing. Thirdly, it's not sensitive enough to use down there I don't think.
Tips: Don't use it! lol.
I hated this - found it really temperamental when heating it up to get it to the right consistency and it ended up not pulling off as it said it would. Maybe I didn't have the right technique but would 100% go to a salon over using this ever again!
I used this once - and once only. I bought it at the supermarket thinking I was gonig to be really smart and save a lot of money rather than going into the salon... turns out it should be left to the professionals!! I rushed home to melt it, hopped into the bathroom and followed all the instructions. It sets hard - like plastic!! I could not for the life of me rip it off, the corners kept on breaking off. The longer I left it, the harder it got!! I started panicing and got a bit sweaty which made it worse. In the end, I had to get scissors and VERY carefully pry inbetween and cut the wax off my skin, leaving a red sticky stubbly mess.
Tips: Go to a professional for anything 'down there'!
I used this once and HATED it. It gets a one out of five for everything only because I can't leave it blank. I was in beauty therapy school, I was already a qualified beautician, which means I knew all the correct waxing techniques and I still couldn't work this wax. For starters, you have to heat it far more than you should to get it a workable consistency which means you often get skin lifting and tearing. It sets rock hard and brittle, so it snaps and sends shards everywhere when you try to pull it. Hot wax should be pliable when set, but this isn't at all, it just breaks so you have to keep pulling the same little area to get the damn stuff off. Ouch! Because you have to continually flick and pull, it breaks the hairs rather than properly removes them, and irritates and tears the skin. This means you're at higher risk of follicle infections (which I got after using this! ). It snapped, it tore, it lifted skin, broke hairs, the list goes on. This is honestly the worst product I have ever used.
Tips: Don't do it. Put it back on the shelf, walk away, and go get yourself a professional wax. Save yourself the nightmare and the folliculitis.
