NIVEA Double Effect Anti-Perspirant Aerosol Review

I had White powdery arm pits and needed to reapply this often. Left marks on clothes and I didn't like the smell. A no for me.

Smells amazing and does it’s job at keeping away stinky pit smells and keeping smell away for the whole day. Sometimes leaves a powder residue but for me that’s fine as it can easy be wiped off but it usually just rubs into my pits after a wee bit

I like all of the Nivea deoderants, and prefer a spray to a roll on in the Summer, so grabbed this one as it said it was 'quick dry'. It smells nice. Fresh and lightly floral, its scent doesn't impose itself. However, 'quick dry'...not so much. I don't know why, but the way the spray is delivered is foamy and clumpy. The directions say to apply from 15cm, but I have found that 20cm is better. I am used to spray deoderant being delivered in a mist, so not a fan of this one. It also drys in the same timeframe as every other spray deoderant I have tried. If I was to repurchase, it would be in the roll on version.

I like to switch up between roll on and spray deodorant, saw this on special so decided to give it a try (I normally love Nivea deo).

The smell is rather overpowering - I can't use perfume with it as it drowns out the scent - and it goes on sooooo wet and takes ages to dry! I don't think it does the best job either, although that could be because half the product comes off on your clothes as its so wet. Also goes quite clumpy.

Do not recommend! I will stick to my trusty Dove original.

I have not had a good experience with this deodorant and unfortunately purchased a couple of them when they were on special so am stuck using a product I dislike (wont being doing that again!).

I usually really enjoy Nivea products and grabbed this because I liked the cute packaging, the convenient size and the claims of smooth underarms. I have dry sensitive skin so a moisturising type antiperspirant was very attractive to me.

Unfortunately, I found this had the opposite effect and has not been at all moisturising on my underarms, instead irritating my armpits (not a reaction just general dryness and resulting itchiness). The other thing I really dislike about this product is the powdery formula. I find when I spray this it seems to go every where and gas the entire room out (and inhaling a whole lot of antiperspirant can't be healthy!). I have to ''spray and walk away'' with this product so I can breath with ease. The scent is okay, but not something I particularly like and I find it a little to strong to be honest. In terms of keeping you smelling fresh this also fails to perform how it claims. This does not keep me smelling fresh the entire day, let alone 48hrs!

I will not be repurchasing this and am highly disappointed in it's performance. I would not recommend this and will be sticking to my trusty Rexona deodorant.

Nivea is one of my go-to brands for supermarket products. I used to buy roll on's, but have lately switched to spray anti-perspirants, after trying some and being impressed. I like how they are just so convenient and great to pop in your bag.

This anti-perspirant's packaging is stylish and sleek. The blue and white Nivea emblem is iconic of Nivea. It's in a long spray can that's sturdy and convenient.

Firstly, I do quite a lot of exercise everyday chasing after my toddler and walking a double buggy that can be quite a work out! So, a antiperspirant that protects me all day long is important.

This antiperspirant smells lovely and a spray of this keeps me feeling fresh for a long time. I'm not a person that sweats significantly, but this really does do the job of keeping me fresh and feeling nice all day.

My underarm skin can be sensitive and irritated by some antiperspirants, but this was gentle and nice on my skin. With continued use I did find that hair I removed under my arms was softer, so I do think it is effective in what it claims.

Overall another great antiperspirant from Nivea and I won't hesitate to repurchase.

It comes in a spray bottle. It is so quick and easy to use and it dries fast.

I really like this spray deodorant, It has a very light and fresh scent. It is gentle on my skin, does not cause any rashes or irritation/ ingrown hairs even though I shave my underarms.

It does an amazing job keeping my underarms dry throughout the day and eliminating sweat and odour.

This Nivea deodorant left my underarms smooth and feeling amazing. This spray deodorant does not leave any residue or stains on my clothes. It does not last 48h as it claims, on hot days or when I work out, I have to reapply a few times a day.

Overall, it is a good essential deodorant for everyday use. Great value and does the job.

Have been using this product for nearly 10 years and have loved it as much as the first day I used it. The scent is lovely and makes you feel pretty, even though no one really sees your armpits! I love how quickly this dries on the skin and the spray area isn't too overly wide so that most of the product goes where it should.
