NuWoman 30 Plus Review

I was purchasing their tablets for hormone imbalance, and didn't notice a difference in PMS at all. I'm unsure as to whether it would work better if you continued to take them over a longer period of time, but at $35 I would have expected after the first month to at least notice so sort of difference.

Wen I received this product , I was a bit stressed due to moving house , towns and starting a new job. I started taking this product , it helped me keep calm being able to preform. Keeping my head clear , by giving me a boost of vitamins and minerals to keep me even . O will certainly use this product again great stuff

How do you judge if you are a Nu Woman? I have been taking these pills for about four weeks. It's hard to remember to take them twice a day so I have been a little intermittent

. My sleep patterns are not good and I have still been waking at night , so no change there. I normally have good energy levels and have noticed they have been about the same or slightly better.

I was most interested in mood. There is a lot going on in my life at the moment to stress a girl out. I'm a mum to three and can get moody like anyone. I have noticed feeling calmer and more in control. Some of my family say I am the same as normal and some say I am calmer. I think they have helped to a small degree. I had been having slight temperature /hormonal changes and since I have been taking the pills, these have disappeared. So it's a cautious thumbs up from me.

I had great hopes for this product. The promises were many, of which sadly I experienced none.

I've been trialling this product for 4 weeks now and have experienced no change in my PMT moodiness, tiredness, irritability or discomfort. I can't report if my stress levels have decreased, if they have the change has gone unnoticed.

I found the packaging confusing with the AM/PM in different places and popped a couple of AM's in succession without realising and more than a few times. Luckily after I made that mistake I researched it and found there was no difference between the AM and PM tabs ingredients. The reason they packaged it that way is for the end-users convenience only. I just found it confusing and uneccessary.

The instructions were thorough and iI thought the manufacturer did a good service by listing all of the ingredients as well as the expected benefits of each. I felt confident in the product as it stated it was derived from natural ingredients .

I wouldn't buy it again as the cost outweighs the realised benefits in my experience. However it seems to work well for other women so I wouldn't discourage my friends from trying it.

When I first heard about this during Beauty Review's Inner Beauty week, I had my fingers and toes crossed for a spot on the trial, and although I missed out it gave me the chance to read the trialees amazing reviews and boy was I sold!

I normally get horrendous PMS, which has gotten worse since changing my contraceptive pill six months ago. I'm talking mood swings galore, irrational anger, irratability, grumpiness, anxiety, permanent stress and feeling a lot more down, a lot more of the type. This has also resulted in many emotional outbursts and several incidences where I've burst into tears at work.

I take this every morning and sometimes at night if I feel I need it, but usually just in the morning as I have trouble sleeping and I find if I have one too close to bed it seems to add to it. Since I began taking it a few weeks ago I've already noticed sooo much difference! My overall mood has improved, I feel calmer and much more balanced, with no weepies or irrational outbursts. I am completely sold on these and will continue to repurchase as I don't want to be without them! I've also begun recommending them to others, a work friend mentioned she had not been feeling the best and emotional and thought she may be going through menopause, so I bought along a tab of pills for her to begin trying and told her how much I loved them. Thank you so much BR for introducing me to this!

OK so I liked the packaging. The blister packs containing the pills have am & pm on the packages so it is really easy to keep track of whether or not you have taken the pill. The instructions recommend taking one pill in the morning and one in the evening with food. I have to confess that I found these pills made no difference to me whatsoever. I still got as much PMS as usual. Still got irrationally angry from time to time. Would I purchase these again? Probably not. The pills themselves are relatively small and easy to swallow. There is no taste and no smell to the pills. Try these they might work for you but I don't think they really did anything for me.

Was really excited to trial it to see if it would help with my stressful life. I some ways yes it did and other ways not. Sleeping and feeling more relaxed, was definitely a big change. During the day I felt a lot more calmer at work too. Even my issues with headaches, helped a bit.

Monthly periods were still the same but not as heavy. Definitely will recommend it to others.

i have a lot of female health problems and i thought i would give these a go! why not! iv tried almost everything else and having to much oestrogen etc i had nothing to loose, packaging is bright, the pills are in a blister packaging so easy to use and keep track, they don't leave a bad taste in your mouth, but i have to admit after going through 3 packets (i gave it a good go!!!) i had absoloutly no difference what so ever, zilch, nothing! this could work for some women but in my case it didn't so therefore i wont be using it again, it didn't do what it said it would and id only recommend it to a friend so they can give a go!

This product seems to work but hard to know as I have also just had a lifestyle change and it may be that which makes me feel less tense and irritable too! It certainly seems to help take the edge off being over 40 with too kids under 4 and my hormones still being all over the show! On the odd days I have forgotten to take it I do seem to not be quite as patient! I would suggest to anyone give it a go and see how it works for you!

I like the packaging & how the pills are in blister packs that are marked AM/PM.

Normally, my period is alway late by at least a week. It has been like this since I first got it. After taking the pills, my period came on time.

As for PMS, mood swings, etc, I have found that it has made no difference. I have 3 kids & work full time, so I do experience stress on a daily basis. But I found that even when taking the pills, I am still prone to angry outbursts.

I have found no difference to my energy levels - I'm still tired. However, interrupted sleep does that to someone.

I'm not sure if I need to take these for a few months for it to make a difference to my emotions, etc. I'm still taking these, just to see if prolonged use makes it more effective.
