These are great for the first use but once you use up the shave block a couple of times the blade is un-level to the soap and you start to have issues. Another problem with this system is as the head of the razor is so large and clunky it doesn't fit into small spaces - you are stuck to big swipes under the arms and the legs but that's about it. I also find I would get cuts on the corners of the back of my knees because of this - it doesn't fit the contours of your legs or other places very well. It is also very important to keep this away from water when not in use otherwise the shave block will dissolve and turn to a pile of goop. I personally prefer to use a separate soap/shave gel or oil than this and it turned out to be a wasteful experience being left with a shaver handle and storage system that I have no desire to buy more cartridges for.

Tips: Keep it somewhere dry or it will dissolve!
Got on sale and countdown for like $8 I think it was thought it was going to be missing blades for be a dud but was a really good deal ! Unsure if I will ever go out and buy the blades as they are a bit costly ! Otherwise very good deal ! Have dropped it so many times in the shower and still hasn't broken too !!
I loved the idea, a razor which had a blade encased in its own moisture cream to shave in one step. It didn't frill me though and left me a little on the fence.
The whole system is a bit on the bulky side, I got the version called pure which is pink body in place of the gold of the pure version. It take a while to get used to the chunky handle to get comfort when used to using narrow skinny bodied ones. But eventually I got into the swing of things.
The moisture bar encasing the blade was a problem for me, like I said I love the idea but it melted away really quickly and unevenly so I was left with goopy pieces all over the blades themselves which had the counter effect of actually dragging and causing snags, so the moisture barrier prevented getting full use of the blades which were still good for another couple of de-fuzzing as they are quite long lasting in sharpness, but the goop build up stops the use. Also even putting the clunky lid on, which refused to stay on, popping off whilst the hubby took a shower mostly, as was confirmed by the odd swear word and "silly razor" from the bathroom whilst he occupied it. The actually foggy un-ventilated environment of my bathroom meant that the moisture bar simply got eaten up by moisture!
At the beginning it was great though, I used in the shower which I normally do in the bath but seeing that the purpose of the moisture barrier was to eliminate the use of foams and stuff thought I'd go in the shower. It left my legs very soft and long lasting de-fuss for a good 3-4 days with the moisturising effect still lingering on day 4. I'm not sure if I would purchase again, I've kept the body in a drawer in case the blades come on special one week then I'll try them again.
love this razor is used to use the pomegranate version of this razor however i find this one much better as ts moisturizing , the moisture bar does dry up quite quickly though and it cant be used on its own still need soap or shaving cream ect. i also find the razor to be a bit big especially if your using it for places other than your legs, also is easy to miss spots as the razor head is so big but the blades aren't. the heads are reasonably cheap to replace compared to other one ive used.
I was so excited when I bought this shaver at the supermarket but was disappointed after the first use. It did not give a clean shave missed several spots and I still had to use soap with it. It was far to bulky and flimsy and when I dropped it the whole thing fell apart! In future I will stick to shavers with a simple design they are so much cheaper and do the job properly
I love these razors. Its so easy, you just grab the razor and shave, making it much quicker. I find one blade lasts me around a month so its quite economical as well. It leaves my legs feeling smooth for a few days so I shave them twice a week and my underarms daily (just out of habit). I like the wide bulky design as I find it easier to use
Tips: I don't use the cover that comes with it, I found using this it got damp and started going gluggy, I just leave it off and hanging it its stand thing and it lasts much longer
Although these are pricey they are the only thing I use to shave my legs. I never get ingrowns or rashes, they are so quick and easy to use! No shaving cream or anything needed which is what I love about this. Depending on how frequently you shave depends on how long you need to buy more refills.
I like the idea of these, and they are reasonably nice to use, but when I have used them in the past the moisture bar runs out fairly quickly, meaning you either need to then use shaving gel or replace the head, which is a little wasteful. I also find it quite big and bulky to hold, and is tricky for anywhere other than legs - and I find I miss patches a lot more with this than with other razors. I like this for maybe travelling, when you don't want to be lugging shave gel along with you, but for a regular usage situation I don't rate it near the top of my list.
I haven't used one for a few years, mum used to buy them when I was in college and I thought they were going to be the bomb diggity! I was SO excited that I no longer had to lather in the shower, and risk shaving rash from where the shower water had washed away my impeccable lather. Only the surrounding moisture bar runs out far too quickly, and you can't even use it ALL. The bit holding it in hogs the last of the bar and considering the price of refills...
I suppose it would be good for people with fairer, lighter and thinner leg hair that don't have to shave as often as I feel I need to...
Tips: Don't use the cover for the shaver head - it makes the moisture bar all wet and gross. Therefore it just disintegrates and is a TOTAL waste.
it works perfectly leaves skin feeling really soft and the soaps also smell really nice. the only down side would be that it does cost some money to buy and the soap replacements run out easily and are definitely not cheap. I would still recommend it if you shave in shower and wants it done quick and easy and does not have financial problems
Tips: if you forgot to shave in shower on a day, you can even damp it with a bit of water and shave without having a shower.
