OMG I hated this product! It burnt and left my skin red.... you would think maybe you could get past that if it did a good job, but it didn't at all, left hairs everywhere! Absolutely hated the smell too. New formula or not, these creams are still not up to scratch for the market.

Tips: Stay away... for the life of you, stay away!
Unfortunately, I am another victim! I tried this when it first came out and absolutely hated it! Like you other ladies it burnt soon after application, and naturally, your first instinct is to wash it off straight away, which left my skin soooo red and raw. Would never ever ever use it again, I threw the bottle I had in the trash in case one of my family members tried it.
Tips: The same goes for the wax strips! Terrible!
I bought this product as I had been using veet hair removal cream (not the 'in shower one!') So I figured I would buy it to see if it was any better. I never had any trouble with the hair removal cream, I never got any burns or bad experiences. So I was completely shocked when I tried the in shower cream as it burnt my legs within a minute of applying it! I immediately washed it off but I was left with gross blotchy red legs. Not to mention the smell was horrible and the smell stayed on your skin even after you washed the cream off! I am so disappointed in this product. Don't waste your money.
I was gifted the Veet shower hair removal ( sensitive ) range even though i do not have sensitive skin whatsoever but thinking surely anything sensitive wont be as harsh. Oh how i was wrong with less than 30 seconds of the product being on my legs it started burning by the time i had rinsed everything off and jumped out of the shower i had a very bad case chemical burn on both of my legs!
Id personally warn anyone who would want to try.
So I have waxed all my life and was about to go out when I realised I didn't have time to wax and wasn't interested in shaving (I'm rather blind and alway end up cutting myself!) So I bought this product and was rather excited but sure am I upset that I didn't think to read the reviews of it first. I was in agonising pain burning all over my body. I thought maybe at first it was bad then it would go away BUT NO... it burnt and burnt, I left it on till I couldn't take it anymore and I washed it off. After I had gotten out of my shower I looked down to see my legs were blotchy all over in places and my skin had started to blister behind my knees. I cried so much because my legs looked disgusting. I tried to moisturise but was in to much pain so I just sat in a cool shallow bath for about 2 hours till the pain subdued. And after all this pain my legs were still nice and prickly in places... I wore a long dress to the party.
Tips: Just don't even go there. I would never recommend this not even to my worst enemy.
im very disappointed with this product i recently used on my underarms and omg it burnt so rubbed it off straight away but it took some on my skin with it ouch
Tips: just dont use it
I was very disappointed in this product, I was very excited to try it out as I am so lazy so hate shaving but too poor for waxing. I thought I had the answer but no!
As soon as I out the product on my leg I was uncomfortable, it quickly escalated to a hideous burning feeling. And OH GOD the stink! The smell is absolutely disgusting! Mt what you want when trying to beautify yourself. I found the smell lingered on my legs too, ruining the effect of the silky smoothness on my partner. Although truth be told the smoothness was only achieved by me shaving the whole area after washing off the cream as it had barely removed any hair! Complete waste of time and money!
Tips: What a waste. Don't bother.
I had tried the In-shower cream only to get covered with the stuff and burn my self a few times due to it taking so long to put on, a bit too messy to be practical and even with the floral scent added to it it still smells awful. It says "in shower" on the label but you actually need to put it on before you get in because once your skin is wet that stuff is slipping off pretty easily and if you havent had it on long enough before you get into the shower its not going to work and you've ended up wasting your time. When washing the cream off you need to scrub your skin at the same time to remove the hair so you may as well just shave as it will grow back at the same rate anyway, smell less and not burn your legs.
Tips: if you are going to use it, make sure you have a towel handy that you don't mind ruining. Use the tools provided for application and if you can apply outside in the fresh air or make sure that the room you are in is very well aired.
I initially bought this as a lot of razors leave my skin itchy and irritated and I'm not a fan of waxing so I thought this would be a good alternative.
The smell is terrible, the formula burnt my skin (even though it's supposed to be safe for sensitive skin) and the worse thing is that it didn't even work very well. I was left with a lot of hair still on my legs and ended up having to go over it with a razor at the end anyway.
For the price and the amount of time it takes to prepare this on your skin and also how messy it is, I would have expected much better results but was left very disappointed and wont' be purchasing this product again.
Tips: Don't bother with it
I have sworn off all hair removal creams after this one. I have never had an irritation like the one I got from this cream. It was awful, my skin wasn't just red but also had what could only be described as burnt patches. I was in misery for days. Never again.
