This rechargeable straightening brush is ideal if you are always on the go and want to be able to fix your hairstyle anytime, anywhere! My hair is wavy/curly and prone to frizziness, especially when I brush it using a normal hairbrush. I've found this straightening brush to be an absolute lifesaver when I don't have time to do my hair before work and just throw it in a frizzy ponytail before running out the door. I can just brush through it with this heated brush while reading my emails at work and it quickly gives my hair a sleeker appearance and eliminates frizz. I have also tested it out on my colleagues and they have remarked at how smooth and soft their hair feels after using it. One massive pro about using a straightening brush rather than a flat iron is that it's near impossible to burn yourself while using it. Traditional straightening irons make me a bit nervous, but this brush is pretty fool-proof and I don't have to worry about accidentally clamping down on one of my fingers or burning my neck! I also like that it comes with its own little carry pouch. I just pop it straight in there after using it and don't have to worry about it damaging anything in my bag while it's still hot. One negative point is that I found a full charge only lasted about 30 minutes for me, so it's definitely more of a quick touch-up tool than something you'd use for full styling. Definitely a handy thing to have in your bag if you're going out though.

Look it's not going to give you poker straight hair. Lets set the expectations. But it will tame frizz, the frizz will stay tamed for longer than any other method. Your do will look sleek, shiny and polished. This essentially gives you your-hair-only-better.

It holds charge quite well, I was impressed considering the temperature it heats up to. It's lightweight, easy to hold and easy to use.

This is the product you didn't know you needed I think. I wouldn't be without it now.

Lady Jayne straightening brush came in a cute box with detailed instructions, the detachable usb cord, as well as a little black velvet travel bag. This product is easy to setup and use. Being cordless is great! Can use it everywhere any anywhere, making it convenient to fit into a day-to-day routine. Needs to be charged 3 hours before first use. And then just quick charges from then works fine. It doesn't feel too harsh on your hair, it keeps it nice and smooth. The brush glides smoothly through hair, taming any frizz from normal day or from the rain. Keeping your hair looking fresh and shiny. Great for those touch ups and keeping a smooth appearance. Had no issues charging it with the easy USB charger and charges quick too. Also heats up quick, so easy to use when you want to. Great for traveling as it is compact and a cute bag to pop it in.

I have always wanted to try a straightening brush, and so I was really excited to try this one from Lady Jayne. I have very fine, straight hair, so I was really looking for this to smoothing and straighten out those little kinks that I get in my hair this time of year when it starts getting more humid. For these purposes this product was perfect - it left my hair nice and smoothed and straightened, and I loved that it was cordless and could be easily transported from bedroom to bathroom to out and about if needed! One comment that I would make is that I'm not sure how well this would work if you had very thick or very curly hair, however if you have fine and straight hair like me, this was great! I would definitely recommend this one to a (fellow fine-haired) friend.

When it arrived I was pretty excited, I opened it, it was a great travel size but also not too small either so would still efficiently do the job, or so you would think. Presentation wise, I was sold but after switching it on it all went downhill. It took forever to heat up compared to other products on the market, and after 15minutes I don't think it would get any hotter. It certainly wasn't the 200 degrees I had selected on the temperature controls. I started using it and quickly noticed a very frizzy finish. It did not smooth the hair at all. As for straightening, it missed the mark there too. It was like a Luke warm hard brush that didn't really serve much purpose. I didn't section my hair properly, only with my fingers but I honestly don't think it would have made a difference. The brush didn't heat up enough to style the hair. Honestly when I first saw it I thought this is perfect I won't have to buy new straighteners or adapters when I travel it will be my best friend with USB charger. But no my dreams were shattered. I guess the technology needs more development.

If you're like me and love super sleek hair, but also...live in Auckland, then you'll know the daily battle to keep frizz at bay! No matter how much time I spend straightening, what products I use, by midday my parting is starting to frizz. By 3pm it's game over. And 3pm is not the end of my day!

I've been charging this up at night and popping it in my bag in the little velvet pouch.

I find as a touch up, just running it through my hair is enough. I don't need to actively try to 'shape' or hold my hair tight.

I think this is such a nifty tool - it'll be perfect for overnighters and long days.

I'd have never thought to buy this myself, but gosh I'm so glad I got selected for this trial team. I will be recommending this to everyone!
