Tips: Add epsom salts to the radox bath soak even better
There is something so relaxing about stepping into a Radox bath, not sure if its because as a family growing up no matter what our financial situation was my mother would always buy Radox muscle bath soak be it the liquid foam or the salts.
Radox bath soaks are wonderful for unwinding the day away. The liquid is super thick and highly fragrant. Dribble in about a 1 to 2 cap full under running warm water and let the bath fill, that is all you need to reap the benefits which means it super affordable as it long lasting.
The muscle soak one is excellent at tending to your poor aches and pains through either general day to day wear or from injuries. Helps relax the affect areas and aids towards a sound peaceful sleep.
I have always found Radox to not be drying, in fact the oils in the bath liquid actually aid to keep my skin moisturised, its never irrated me or any member of my family.
Tips: Take advantage of the blissful state of mind after taking a radox bath and ensure you slip into a freshly made bed with clean linen on. Recommend using at weekends as you will not want to be in a rush to wake up and get out of bed and break the bliss bubble
This smells amazing. The smell alone could relax you let alone mixed with hot water in a bath!
I love the colour of this soak - for me, the colour in the bottle adds to the relaxation. But the scent is simply amazing; not overpowering, too sweet or too fake. You only need a small amount into a hot bath and as such the bottle lasts quite a long time - so the value you get for the price is great!
Everytime I have a bath with this I come out smelling and feeling amazing. It does seem to relax you - yes I know a warm bath can relax you anyway, but for some reason when I soak in a hot bath with this product my aches and pains are reduced, and to be quite honest I almost fall asleep in the bath every time. The scent also lingers on your skin for a good while afterwards, so you go to bed surrounded by this calming scent.
Great product, great price and a great way to end a tough, stressful week!
Tips: A little goes a long way with this product (don't pour in the whole bottle)! I like to use it before bed to help with getting a better nights rest.
I like nothing more than soaking in the bath and have used Radox many times over the years, although I prefer the pink formula to this one. I suffer with back problems and general achyness often and purchased this in the hopes it would help my muscles relax. I cannot say that it helps my muscles any more than just being submerged in the hot water does but I do like the smell of it and that's enough for me.
I always feel much calmer and at ease after a bath in this, so while it doesn't help my aches, it helps my mind
My ultimate Friday night indulgence is a hot bubble bath with Radox Muscle Soothe. The wonderful scent of Juniper and Thyme immediately fill the air after a capful of this liquid is poured under hot running water.
The bubbles are frothy and long-lasting (especially if a body wash is used and not regular soap) and once I've eased myself into the comforting cocoon of warm water and bubbles, I like to lie back with a face mask on and just let any stress melt away.
Radox Stress Relief with Rosemary & Eucalyptus (turquoise colour) and Radox Moisture Soak with Calendula & Rose Essence were two of my favourites, but I can't seem to find these in New Zealand.
Tips: If you have really sore or stiff muscles, add a cup of Epsom Salts to your bath water with the Radox. Epsom Salts help to ease aches and pains, but make sure you drink a full glass of water before your bath and another one after your bath, as the salts help your body to detox and you need to flush these toxins out your system. Drinking a glass of water before a hot or warm bath is always a good idea, as it helps to keep you hydrated and also lowers your blood pressure.
I love nothing more than taking a long soak in a bathtub filled to the brim. Adding Radox Muscle Bath Soak to your bath makes it even better. As someone who sits in front of a computer the whole day I tend to create tension in my back and shoulders. Radox Muscle Bath Soak aids in relieving some of the tension. I find you have to add quite a bit when running a full bath so a bottle doesn't last all that long, but I always gave a bottle handy just in case.
This is out go to bath soak for sore achy muscles for our whole family. The smell is divine, it seems pretty effective and aids muscle relaxation. We have used this for years now and will continue to use it.
