This is a staple for the bathtub in our house. My husband and I both use it. It is great value, you can pick it up at the supermarket. A little goes a long way or a more generous pour in the tub gives fabulous bubbles. You can then lie back, relax and soak the aches away.

Love this! Just the smell makes me relax. On the bottom note if you put too much in it makes a lot of bubbles. Even though the liquid is quite thick, it can pour out a little too easily and you end up using more than you want. It isn't sticky and it lasts for a long time if used right. One of the must have essentials for a foot bath too.
When I used to have a bath tub I used to go through bottles of this, it was a part of my after gym ritual to soak in a hot bath filled with bath soak.
A capful was enough for a regular sized bath tub, the smell is so relaxing and soothing, and mixing that with hot water just makes you fall asleep in the bath most times, you feel like your on this magical getaway.
I never noticed it did anything to my muscles while I was in the bath but after I would get out it was like they felt more relaxed and I would sleep like a baby not long after getting out of the bath. The next day I would feel so relaxed and fully rested and I believe it was from the Bath soak, now I don't have a bath at my new home and when I do go to the gym, a shower is not enough especially after a hard workout.
The bath soak is a great way to unwind, loosen up your muscles and take your mind off the world.
Nothing beats a Radox smelling bubble bath! Great luxurious and relaxing bubbles every time, and a huge hit with the kids! I was give it as a gift and was disappointed to see that it wasn't cruelty and SLS free, so it would be great if they would look into that :)
Tips: Ban kids from the bathroom for a truly relaxing bath!
Love this stuff, the salts are better but this is good too, I love my baths and I have arthritis so this helps alot.
Tips: Is you enjoy the Radox Muscle Bath Soak you should try the Radox salts
The main reason I like this is the smell. There is a good amount of bubbles with it and the smell helps to unwind and destress. I would stock to the salt version for the muscle relaxing part though.
I like using the radox bath soaks for my aching muscles. It soothing and relaxing and smells good. Does what it says it does would recommend
Tips: Add epsom salts to the radox bath soak even better
My hubby brought this home from work for me after a long day at home with the kids while I was sick. I'd had a horrendous cold and hadn't stopped coughing in a week, so helllloooo sore muscles from all the hacking and spluttering. While he wrangled the kids to bed, I lit a candle, grabbed some chocolate, ran the bath, tipped in the soak and....
Immediately regretted my decision. It smells like toilet duck! Not the best thing to entice me to the bath sorry. But my aching muscles won over, and I climbed in. While I never got used to the smell (and I had to shower afterwards because it was unbearable to me), it did stop my muscles aching and it was, eventually once my nostrils had acclimatised, a relaxing bath.
I definitely won't be using it regularly as a way to unwind and relax, but if I sprain a muscle, or have another coughing fit, I might be able to hold my breath long enough to brave it again.
Tips: Use in a well-ventilated room unless you want to feel like you're huffing toilet duck while soaking in the tub.
I must admit that it is so hard to tell if it is the muscle soak, hot water or a combo of both that helps with achey muscles. But something is working and that's the main thing!
I have a bad lower back from lifting my newborn too much and I found the muscle soak in a bath really helped loosen the muscles and make it easier to move. I like the smell and colour (which doesn't stain the skin unlike some bath bombs). I've heard good things about it from other family members so I think it is legit.
When I have a spare half hour to enjoy a bath I will defo be using it again.
My opinion is that Radox is a FAB product. It's not only a affordable price at $5 upwards (depending where you get it from) but it does what it states it will :) The smell is lovely and you only need a small amount therefore one bottle should last you awhile. My whole family enjoys using this product as we have a lot of sports players in our household. Would defiantly recommend :)
Tips: use with Epson Bath Salts at the same time for a truly relaxing bath :)
