The taste was great, the consistency felt thicker than other brands. I felt like my teeth cleaned well however it did nothing for making my teeth brighter/whiter or removing stains (not that it claims to). My teeth are quite sensitive to different brands but were surprisingly good with this one. I prefer to opt for a toothpaste that will also whiten

Reviews
Excellent price point, leaves your mouth/teeth feeling fresh and clean. Works as a natural whitener over time, without any residue feeling that other more expensive whitening toothpaste have. Have switched to this as my regular toothpaste.
Tips: A little goes a long way
This toothpastes is great especially for coffees stains. It keeps your teeth white and breath fresh. Some toothpastes are so weirdly flavoured and sweet but this is a minty fresh toothpaste without the extra flavours. I get complements on my white teeth all the time and people are shocked when they find out it's a natural, affordable product that I use.
I kinda liked the minty soda taste. It was exactly as I expected. I personally didn't notice any whitening effects but as others have claimed they have had success I would like to give it more time. A nice thick consistency, but doesn't froth as much. Overall a pleasant toothpaste.
If you're looking for a natural ingredient toothpaste at an affordable price then this is a good buy. It has a mild minty taste which I find pleasant enough and leaves teeth feeling clean. I didn't notice any whitening affects personally but I'm okay with that, for me what's important is avoiding chemicals that may be harmful to health while also caring for my oral hygiene with a product that does the job. It also makes a great option for toddlers too, we use it for our 3 year old as we can't trust her to spit everything out properly and don't want her ingesting anything harmful, we feel this is safe for her and she has no problems with the taste and is happy to use it.
I have been using the Red Seal Baking Soda Toothpaste intermittently for a year. It has noticeably whitened my teeth and has a liquorice flavour. However, I've noticed that using it continuously for an extended period (such as two weeks) can make my gums/teeth feel sensitive. To address this sensitivity, I alternate between using this product for a few days (4 days max) and switch to a generic toothpaste (2 days).
Taste - 1.5/5 liquorice flavour Texture - 2/5 has a slight grit Breath - 2/5 mid day I feel like I need to brush my tongue or have a minty.
Tips: Switch often with another toothpaste.
Have used this paste so many times and I would probably keep using it. You can feel instantly that your mouth and teeth feel fresh and clean after brushing. Taste is quite strong to but over time you’ll get use to it. Good toothpaste
