I love red seal toothpastes and am currently trying the whole range. This one I have been using for 3 weeks now. It has a bizarre taste to it which I think is off putting for me but it froths well and does do a great job cleaning my teeth. Not my favourite so would not repurchase.

I first tried this when I purchased a magazine and it came with a goodie bag full of household items and this was a full size sample... I was keen to try a new toothpaste anyway so thought give it a go.
Now I have quite a strong gag reflex where most toothpastes will activate it and have me dry retching; sadly this one was no exception. I did perservere with it though because as I said most pastes have the same issue (except gels). So the verdict after using it for 3 weeks... well my teeth felt clean... the taste isn't overpowering and well my teeth... starting to look a bit more discoloured than usual. Back to the previous brand I was using but hubby likes it so he has re-purchased it.
So there you have it... not for me but hubby and kids are ok with it.
This toothpaste has a peculiar flavor which takes a little getting used to but, this is probably because of the natural ingredients used. I didn't notice any visible teeth whitening but it did leave my mouth clean and fresh. I have also used their Baking Soda toothpaste which, I think, is much more effective in terms of whitening and freshness.
Tips: Buy the Red Seal Baking Soda toothpaste if you are more focused on teeth whitening
I bought this toothpaste recently after seeing it repeatedly at a friends place. I have to say I quite like it too. The taste isn't too minty and it has a bit of a sweetness to it. I also quite like the baking soda sort of texture too because it feels like it is scrubbing my teeth properly. The price was good too. I have read some of the other reviews and am surprised some really don't like it.
Red Seal Natural Herbal Toothpaste leaves my breath feeling so fresh. The menthol and mint extract probably plays a major part in this. I also noticed my teeth don't get that furry feeling after a short period of time, like I did with other brands.
The only recommendation would be that if you do not like really strong flavours then this toothpaste might be too strong for you, but you really need to try before you buy.
Tips: Use twice daily in conjunction with floss and mouth wash.
I brought this because it was on special and I wanted to try a toothpaste without that harsh, aggressive mint flavoring that makes me feel ill. So far this toothpaste has been great, the flavor is pleasant and not overpowering and I have noticed an improvement in the health of my mouth. I've tried the baking soda one and didn't think much of it, but this toothpaste is great.
I purchased this after going on a fluoride free toothpaste quest. It is a great toothpaste and it definitely makes your teeth feel fresh and clean, however I can't look past the odd taste it leaves in your mouth. My kids love this toothpaste so I keep buying it for them, but I won't be using it again.
When I was looking into switching my beauty products into natural ones I was looking into toothpaste as well. This was affordable as I didn't want to spend a lot of money on toothpaste, so this was the only one I bought for many months. It's a nice toothpaste, not outstanding but doesn't have as many nasties as the regular toothpaste. Did freshen my breath and keep cavities at bay but didn't whiten my teeth anymore than your teeth get whitened from regular brushing. I would consider to buy this in the future if I wanted a cheap natural toothpaste.
Tips: One tube lasts a decent amount of time but if it the only natural one you can afford or like at the moment then stock up when it's on sale.
Red seal is known for its health care products. When they brought out their tooth pastes into supermarkets I wanted to give these a try. I would like to see Red Seal expand their products further into hair care and body washes. This toothpaste has natural herbs added to it and thats what prompted me to purchase this.
This tooth paste comes in a tube. Has a secure red lid. It has the Red Seal labelling on it. The ingredients are listed on this so you can read whats in it. This paste has a smooth consistency. It feels powdery. This has a herbal flavour to it.
It comes out of this tube nicely. It foams up well on my teeth. One tube has lasted me up to four months. I've stopped using other popular brands in favour of red seal for my whole family. I buy the kids version for my two. The baking soda for my partner and this one for myself. My teeth are sensitive. I didn't have any irritations or pain. I think its affordably priced. I would definately purchase more red seal products including this.
I like the concept of this product but I did not enjoy the herbal flavour and i like using natural less and products with not very many chemicals.
Tips: Try the Smokers toothpaste.
