Easy to open packaging and clear instructions to follow. Unfortunately that’s where it ends for me! I found the mask extremely fiddly. I was about ready to give up and throw it away when I finally got the blue backing off. Sat with this in on my face for 15 mins as instructed. It’s soooo cold on the skin! It’s been off for about 20 mins now, after massaging in excess goop.. I face is still wet in parts but mostly sticky. I need to wash my face even though I’m not supposed to. I don’t think I would bother buying this.

This sheet mask was quite tricky to use, the cream in it was gluggy and messy with the bit you peel off being quite fiddly. I did feel like my skin was a lot plumper, much softer and definitely hydrated after 15 minutes of having the mask on, so the product itself I was happy with and does work. Using the mask wasn’t really ideal and I would rather use a cream or serum, something less hassle. It didn’t have much of a smell and my skin didn’t get irritated or feel dry at all. Overall I wouldn’t buy this product personally due to the mask being messy but I would recommend it if you don’t mind doing the mask as the product itself felt great and I think it works well with hydrating and plumping skin.
Tips: Peel off extra piece of mask carefully also take care as it is fiddly and messy. Make sure your face is clean prior to use.
I absolutely loved the way my skin felt after using the sheet mask, so hydrated, smooth and super soft. But.... I took the sheet mask out of the packaging, and found that with soo much serum in there, it was hard to unfold the mask, remove the backing film, then apply it to my face. I think it would be great to have a separator in the packaging, with the mask on one side and serum on the other, just incase you'd like to modify the size or the eye/nose/mouth holes before applying the serum to the mask and then applying to your face. All in all, the sheet mask does what it says. Whilst it felt a bit messy and gave me a good challenge, my skin was grateful for it in the end :)
Tips: Be prepared to get messy! And be sure to tie back your hair and wear a headband.
I adore sheet masks and was so excited to try this one out. It felt lovely and lightweight even with the liquid in it and there is definitely a difference in a lot of sheet masks. The sheet itself felt a little more luxurious than some others I’ve tried, even some more expensive ones. It contoured my face beautifully and I had high hopes but unfortunately it dried out really quickly on my face. Within 10 minutes the whole top half was almost bone dry and it was really wet at the bottom. It was almost like the liquid had slid down the mask. My skin did feel lovely and soft afterwards and it was visibly plumped but I like to be able to walk around when wearing a mask and not have to lay flat so the liquid doesn’t settle in certain spots. I won’t rule out using this mask again as my skin really did look great afterwards but I may do so when I have 20 minutes to lay flat and relax.
to be honest i find sheet masks a bit messy and cold, but i know they are so good to use every couple of weeks to give the skin a extra kick and plump it up. So popped the mask on put on a podcast and relaxed for a bit while the mask did its work, again it is always hard to see results straight away, but again the next day when i looked at skin you could tell it was smoother and a bit more plump.. again another good product L'Oreal has to offer and was nice to be able to trial this. and i think this will be a good one to use once a month to give skin that extra hydration it needs.
This was a nice mask to use. Was a little messy with alot of product but other then that it left my skin feeling refreshed. I left the mask on for 15 minutes as directions say and then with the remaining product I then massaged into my face. Its like a serum consistency, felt very nice on the skin. I would definetly use again
I was curious but dubious when I received this product from Beauty Review. While I have started noticing fine lines and wrinkles on my face, they are not yet clear enough to be my major skin concern.
I'm a relative newbie to sheet masks, so I was looking forward to trying it. The product instructions read like other masks I'd seen - put it on, leave for 15 minutes, then remove the mask and rub in the serum.
Other than the fact my children told me, repeatedly, that I looked silly, all went well with the mask application. My skin felt cooled and hydrated by the serum. At the end of the 15 minutes, I removed the mask and massaged in the excess product. It absorbed into my skin without leaving a sticky residue like some products can.
Do I notice a difference in my fine lines? I don't think so, they're minor enough that even something like a 30% improvement would be difficult to spot.
Did my skin feel nourished and hydrated after the mask? Definitely.
All up, this mask is an easy way to give your skin a little nourishing treat.
I was lucky enough to be picked for this trial at a time my skin needed it! I was a bit nervous when I first opened it as I wasn't confident I'd be able to position it right but it was actually super easy.
The mask fitted on to my skin and did not slide off like I had initially thought it would. It remained really moist even after 15 minutes, and peeled off really easily. There was a lot of serum still on my skin which I massaged in but did take a while to sink in.
My skin definitely felt really soft and hydrated, although I wouldn't say my skin felt any plumper after using it. I woke up with really smooth, soft skin and my makeup went on like a dream.
Tips: There is a LOT of serum in this pack. Once I removed the mask there was still loads left, which I then massaged in to my neck, chest, hands and even feet!!
I am a newbie when it comes to sheet masks and I did have a little trouble applying, this could be because I need a bit more practice.
The packaging is one of those little pouches with a tear here bit at the top. I recommend making sure you do the tearing at the bathroom sink as there is a lot of sticky serum in the pouch. (If you do this on your couch watching TV you will end up with slimey pyjamas)
Trying to apply this mask is tricky, it’s so slimey and soft it tears easy and folds in on itself, I eventually managed to unfold it but also tore it a little in the process, I found it tore if you held it up completely so ended up kinda haphazardly throwing it at my face and sliding it into position, the eye holes are also a little small so I found it difficult to position correctly.
Once I got the mask on I loved the refreshing feeling of this mask. It is quite refreshing so I suggest not doing it in the middle of a cold snap like I did!
Once I removed the mask I massaged the excess product in to my skin and my skin felt amazing! So soft and hydrated. I have been having a lot of issues with dry skin lately and this really helped.
Despite the tricky application I would repurchase this product when I felt the need for a little pampering.
Tips: Apply when the kids are in bed... you will resemble a character from a horror film!
Be careful when removing this product from the packaging to avoid the mask from folding in on itself.
I was lucky enough to receive this as a trial. I love a good face mask and was really excited to try a sheet mask for the first time. The packaging was nice but reasonably standard. I found the mask itself difficult to unfold without separating the two layers and a bit messy with slimey serum ending up everywhere but perhaps I'm a little uncoordinated. I did find it simple to apply once I got it opened up. I personally wasnt a huge fan of the whole sheet mask experience, I found it quite restricting in that you couldn't just carry on with other things while wearing it, you really had to just lay back and relax while you had it on and I found it a little uncomfortable in that it kept getting over my mouth and nose. Afterwards I massaged in the excess serum as directed and it absorbed well. My skin definitely felt firmer after application but I didnt notice a great difference in moisture or softness. I think perhaps sheet masks just might not be my thing.
Tips: Make sure you're ready to just lay back and relax quietly when you apply this, don't try to multitask with it on.
