I have always wanted to try a liquid eyeliner as my pencil eyeliners smudge and end up under my eyes. I have to say this looked good. It was a nice rich dark colour. Need a bit of practice with keeping a straight hand as any little wiggle is very noticeable. However after applying, less than 20 seconds later my eyelids started to tingle and then started to sting. I kept it on for a minute thinking the sting will go away when it dried but it didnt. I ended wiping it off (came off really easily with cotton bud and water). Wont be using again.

This was one of the first liquid liners I used and found it really easy to create strong, bold, thick lines with. I wouldn't recommend it for precision however as there are now thinner liquid liners on the market. I would like to compare this liner with its "thinner" counterpart but haven't yet tried it.
I find Revlon's products generally wear well and this eye liner definitely has some strong staying power once applied and set. I would only use it again to fill in eye liner or when really heavy eye liner is being used.
I brought this and was excited to get home and use this as I have loved other revlon products and I am a big fan of their colourstay foundation. I felt meh, I wasn’t wowed or neither highly disappointed. It’s a nice dark black colour which I prefer. It is easy to apply. However I found the line isn’t defined after applying the eyeliner. I also found that the product dried out very quickly, meaning that after having first opened, the whole product dried out within 2 months. For the price, I believe there are better products.
This liquid liner lasts fairly well and isnt all smudgey the tip of the brush is nice and fine yet solid great to make line drawing simple. You can draw a little flick or wing if you like and it is not too wet and didnt take ages to dry it is not all shiny or wet looking on the lid too. The price is okay not fantastic but it is a good product. Would re buy on special.
This little bottle of jet black potion really does last all day. It takes only a few seconds to dry, and then you have a matte liner for easily 12+ hours.
Most liquid liners produce a similar looking formula, so it really is down to the applicator. I am always super nervous when applying eye liner, so my hands will shake as I pretty much press my face up against the mirror to see precisely what I am doing.
The first time I used this liner I failed horribly. I kept making tiny mistakes which meant I kept adding and adding to the line on my upper lid, leaving a thick black almost goth-looking eye look. AND I was running late for work so didn't have time to fix it!
But now that I have been using it for a couple of weeks I am getting better at applying a dainty upper lash line, and have even been brave enough to do a bold winged eye liner look. The brush applicator really is very thin and has just enough flexibility to be pushed down into your lash line.
In the past I have preferred felt tip pen eye liners, but this was a really good starting point for getting better at using brush applicators.
Tips: Practice practice practice!
I have this in the Brown Shade. Good, easy to apply but takes a little while to dry. The brush applies in a thin line but I think the newer Revlon eyeliners have a thick line option which I much prefer.
I really like the intensity of this liner. I got a black one which really stood out. The only issue I had was that it was quite tricky to put on finely. Maybe less of a problem if you are using it for more dramatic eyeliner. I generally have to wipe a little off with a cloth so that it isn't all smeary! It lasts really well though and once it's on it stays really well which I seem to struggle with when using the pencils.
I have the pen version of this eyeliner.
I have dry skin and I find this eyeliner really grips my skin, it lasts almost the whole day, It does fade a little through out the day though.
It has a lovely black colour, its not the blackest black but it gives good coverage.
It glides on smoothly and can be easily built up, as long as you have a steady hand. It dries really quickly after application so you don't end up with the black transfer line to the lid above The tip of the pen is nicely tapered and makes for easy application.
This was the first liquid eyeliner I ever bought and it has been so good, doesn't smudge or flake away or fade for me and is easy to apply. The bottle is a little annoying sometimes when removing the brush as it can flick liner everywhere, and the bottle started coming apart after a while but otherwise, I really enjoyed this eyeliner and would definitely recommend.
This claims to last all day... It doesn't on me. I bought this at a recent makeup sale as I'm looking for a liquid eyeliner that doesn't crack, fade or smudge off all day. Because I generally like Revlon I thought this would be a good deal.
The liner 'brush' is one of those ones that is a felt tip pen but you have to dip back into the pot to pick up more product. I'm not crazy about this as I prefer an actual brush but I do find it easy to use. The applicator does make a really nice thin line and is easy to control so I think this would be good for beginners.
The pigmentation is really lovely and black, which I immediately loved. However the staying power (on me at least), sucks. After a few hours I find that this starts to fade quite drastically. It does stay out and won't smudge when dry, but I don't like that it fades so much.
As this is fairly new to me and I do like the applicator, I will finish the tube out but to make this last longer I've been applying gel eyeliner over the top. This is a little annoying as I want a liquid liner that eliminates this process, but I find that if I do this then my liner doesn't fade out.
Unless you get this on sale and don't mind applying another liner over the top, I'd give this a miss. In my opinion the Jordana liner is much better in terms of lasting power and price. I really don't think this is worth the price and even though I only paid $11 for it I still don't feel it was money well spent.
