Revlon ColorStay Liquid Liner Review

I love this eyeliner - it was the first liquid one I tried and I haven't looked back. It is really easy to apply - the application brush allows you to vary the thickness, and it is super easy to fix any mistakes before it dries. It has a lovely depth of colour, lasts all day and all night and doesn't smudge or flake.

This is my go to eye liner that I use on top of my eye lid to define my eyes. I find that the brush is easy to use and that you can vary the thickness of the lines easily with the brush.

I also find that it dries very quickly and that the depth of the colour is amazing. I use the black and it really accentuates my eyes.

I only use this on the top of my eyes as I don't have a steady hand to be able to apply in underneath and instead I use it with a black pencil eyeliner which I use on my water line.

I fine that this eye shadow has great staying power and I don't have to reapply through out the day.

The cute little dip bottle is great as when the brush comes out it doesn't have too much on it.

Would definitely recommend to others.

This is my go to eyeliner. It is a thickish consistency and stays on for a long period, even lasting over a couple of showers. I still reapply each time to freshen it up, but I could get away with not doing so if I had to.

I use the black to accentuate my eyes, due to my pale skin and hair, and I apply it with a separate, thinner, brush. I find it goes on well without any smearing and dries very quickly. Each bottle lasts for ages, even though I use it daily, which makes it an economical purchase. There are cheaper eye liners on the market, and I've tried many, but this is worth the extra money based on the quality of it.

It claims to emphasise the eye with precision, dry quickly and last all day, and I find it does do what it says it will do.

I would recommend it to all eyeliner lovers.

This is such a good eyeliner. It is very easy to use, the product goes on really nicely. It is incredible how well it stays on!!! I am very impressed. I can use this everyday because the applicator can give a very fine line. I also use this when I'm going out. The colour is very opaque too. Love it!!

For MONTHS I had been trying to join the winged eyeliner trend. I love classic looks, and desperately wanted to master the winged look, but to no avail. I decided to try this product as a last attempt, and at a reasonable price I figured it was no loss if it didn't do the trick. I found that it went on smoothly, not too thick, and the brush was easy to use. I wear it day and night, and although it does stay glossy and doesnt fade or melt at all, it can sometimes flake if I'm not careful. All in all though, a great product, and a great solution to my winged eyeliner woes!

I love this liquid eyeliner and have been using it for years. I find it very easy to apply because the brush has a nicely pointed tip and glides smoothly across my lash line without leaving any lumps or bumps.

The color is a nice shade of semi-matte black and stays on all day without any hassles but is easy to remove with water and makeup remover or a facial cleanser.

This eyeliner comes in a small, slim bottle and removes excess product from the brush each time you take it out. I found that I didn't need to add extra product after my first application to achieve a nice bold color and it dried pretty quick so I didn't need to worry about it smudging.

Affordable, effective and one of my go to liquid eyeliners. Love it :)

This was one of the first liquid liners I used and found it really easy to create strong, bold, thick lines with. I wouldn't recommend it for precision however as there are now thinner liquid liners on the market. I would like to compare this liner with its "thinner" counterpart but haven't yet tried it.

I find Revlon's products generally wear well and this eye liner definitely has some strong staying power once applied and set. I would only use it again to fill in eye liner or when really heavy eye liner is being used.

I'm really terrible at putting on eyeliner, but this liquid eyeliner makes it so much easier. The brush is a great size for making cat eyes, and it's quite firm so it's easy to draw a straight line (well, easy with a bit of practise of course!)

It lasts all day as long as you don't rub it. It's not waterproof so it will smudge if you rub your eyes or cry.

The only negative thing I'll say, which is also a bit strange, is that the last time I bought one it started drying out after only a couple of weeks, while the first one I bought lasted for months. I'm starting to wonder if the latest one I bought was perhaps counterfeit. I bought it of Trade Me.

I have always wanted to try a liquid eyeliner as my pencil eyeliners smudge and end up under my eyes. I have to say this looked good. It was a nice rich dark colour. Need a bit of practice with keeping a straight hand as any little wiggle is very noticeable. However after applying, less than 20 seconds later my eyelids started to tingle and then started to sting. I kept it on for a minute thinking the sting will go away when it dried but it didnt. I ended wiping it off (came off really easily with cotton bud and water). Wont be using again.
