I feel like when I used it, there was pilling and it didn't blend in with my face nicely. I probably wouldn't buy again because there are better concealers out there.

I personally like this product and I use it weekly. I wouldn’t recommend buying though if you were hoping to cover very dark under eyes or intense scaring. I find it’s great for my red cheeks!
I bought this at the same time I bought the photo ready concealer and this one is my preferred one. The liquid formula makes it so easy to apply and move around but I do need to blend it in well and set with a powder to keep it from creasing. I have been wearing this whilst crying and it magically has stayed put! It is a bit on the expensive side for me but I got it on sale and will buy again if it is on sale. I don't think I would buy it for the RRP-but then again I wouldn't really consider buying any concealer for over $15. That's just not in my budget!
Tips: Set with a banana powder to prevent creasing under eyes.
I have used this Revlon concealer for the past couple of years and loved it. It matches my skin tone well and has good coverage. However, this most recent time that I purchased it, I've noticed something different with the formula. This time around, it seems much harder to blend. I find I have to blend it in very quickly before it seems to dry and then just leaves a light spot on my face where it won't blend very well! However, having said that, when it does blend well, I do love it.
I used this under my eyes and found it really stuck into my creases and didn’t look very good at all, it defiantly wasn’t the right texture for my skin. Price is good but I only was able to use it a few times.
Personally, I don’t agree with some of the other reviews here that this is a cheap or ineffective concealer. I’ve been using this product for years now JUST on blemishes/skin imperfections and I love it! I feel it works perfectly fine concealing those skin issues.
However, I do have to admit that perhaps Revlon have got it wrong when they market this product also as a dark-circle concealer. I wouldn’t recommend it for covering up dark circles, as its consistency for the under-eye area is a little too thick and foundation-like. And Revlon already have effective products out there specifically for under-eye, dark-circle concealing, which work really well. They also have some great products for eye priming and brightening (such as their awesome ‘photo ready’ range). And, of course, they already have their pretty good foundations on the market for all-over coverage.
So I use this product strictly as a concealer for skin imperfections and/or blemishes, and it’s my go-to concealer for those purposes. I wouldn’t be without it, which is why I’m giving it five kisses out of five as an effective concealer of skin imperfections/blemishes.
I use it over the top of foundation most of the time - just because I’m 43 and I also need a good foundation to mask those lovely fine lines! Lol. But when I just want light coverage, I use this concealer on its own to cover a blemish or two! And it does give me the confidence to know that I’ve masked pesky skin imperfections effectively.
In winter, I use it in the light 02 shade, but I go up a shade or two in summer when my skin tans up a little.
I use a beauty blender for when I’m applying my foundation, but when I use this concealer, I just apply it with the wand provided and then blend it into my skin with my ring finger. Easy peasy.
Tips: Switch it up a shade or two in summer if your skin tone tans up a bit.
I think for what it is this is a pretty good concealer, the concealer matches my olive skin tone nicely and covers under eye circles and blemishes/ uneven skin tone well. I have noticed after applying foundation that sometimes the concealer hasn't covered an area so will just reapply over foundation and blend and it works pretty well. Nice consistency and doesn't make my sensitive skin break out too badly although I do use a barrier cream underneath. Not too thin or too thick in consistency as I don't like the caked on makeup look so this concealer works well for a natural finish. I also like the shape of the brush which makes the product easy to apply.
Tips: if the concealer hasn't covered the imperfection completely after foundation application apply small spots to unconcealed area and blend into foundation. May need a q-tip to remove gunky build up of product from corner of eyes which often happens when using this product.
I use a lot of Revlon products, in particular the Colourstay range and I have been more tha happy with most of them, so it was with my usual high expectation that I tried this concealer. I needed it under my eyes as there was a bit of a dark look. I applied as it was suggested and I didnt think it was like any other concealer I had used in the past. As I took a closer look a few minutes later it just wasnt right. It didnt seem to give the coverage I needed, it seemed thin and lacked substance. I was not confident using this to conceal.
I bought this on recommendation from a local Farmers retail assistant who seemed to know all about the brands on offer in the cosmetic world. I was looking for a concealer for my under eyes and under my brows to define them. She sold me on the Revlon Colourstay Concealer with Time Release Technology.
I was lucky enough for there to be a 25% off Revlon sale that day so saved some money. The packaging is like that of a lipgloss tube. It has a spongey wand as the applicator. I was matched slightly lighter than my actual tone so I could use it as a highlighter as well. I have it in 02 Light pale colour which now I have put it on many times feel is a bit too light for my liking.
I smooth a small amount under each eye and along my brow line. I started out using a concealer brush but found it was alot more gentle and effective to use my ring finger to dab it until it was blended in place. My eyes look brighter and my brows defined yay! Fast forward an hour and hello the concealer is sitting in the laugh lines and creases around my eyes! It makes me look so much older and not put together right.
The coverage or concealing part of this is nearly non-existent! It is klike a cheap $2 concealer and just makes my breakouts (if any) stick out more really. It dries matte and looks powdery which isn't the finish I asked the retailer for at all. I understand a matte finish is normal but not to look all powdery eeww. It doesn't have lasting power either. After four hours it is nowhere to be seen except in the creases. It makes my lines stand out my drawing themselves to them. This is NOT what I signed up for. Huge disappointment.
This concealer comes in a wide range of colours to suit many skin tones (warm, cool and neutral undertones). The coverage is medium to fuller. It's great for covering up red spots, acne scars and sun spots while still providing a natural finish. I use it under my eyes and around my nose and it works well but is a bit thick.
Tips: Use a small amount. Dab onto the skin instead of rubbing it for better coverage. Moisturise the under eye with an eye cream or silky primer for best results.
