This is a great powder in terms of shades and quality - it is very finely milled and blends easily into the skin without looking cakey or powdery. The only reason I don't use any longer is my love of loose powder and even though this is pressed which would be good for keeping in the bag it's actually terrible in terms of portability due to it's compact - the lid falls off so easily and it will break very easily leaving a huge mess in your bag (been there done that) but as an at home use affordable pressed powder this is a great product.

I've only recently discovered this powder, its great for my skin, which is very oily, and it keeps it matte most of the day. Its a great price, and I use the translucent colour which suits me perfectly.
Tips: Don/t use too much as it tends to be cakey, and stock up when you see it , as it's always sold out when I go past the Rimmel stands!
I bought this to alternate with my MAC powder, this is an amazing product for the price, it keeps my face matte, and sets my makeup really well. They have a great range of shades, and ASOS often have them on sale too. Its smoothes into my skin well, and does not leave my face looking powdery or chalky.
This is a great setting powder that lasts pretty well and does the job at keeping the shine at bay. One thing I don't like too much is the colour selection. They are almost too tinted and therefore I found it hard to get a colour that matched my skin.. it would be better if they had a proper transluscent one. The packaging is terrible, the lid broke for me after a few weeks and now just falls off :P All in all, a good powder though.
this product has grown on me a lot. I use a stippling brush to apply this and i get a lovely light coverage to set my foundation. it doesn't stay all day and 1-2 touch ups may be needed. But for the price it is reliable and I love it.
This is the first pressed powder I have used, and am really enjoying it. It seems to control the shine really well considering the price. I have been using a kabuki brush with it which seems to pick up a lot of product so need to apply sparingly. I was disappointed with the lid as it does not stay on, so I can't take it in my handbag.
Another Rimmel beauty bag fav. I use rimmel's fix and perfect primer and then a bb cream with a small amount of this on my t zone (mostly) and it gives me great all day wear. No complaints at all.
Tips: If you use asos, you can pick up Rimmel products for a really good price.
I have combination skin. Winter it is dry. Summer it can be oily especially in my t zone and sides of my nose. When my skin is in a dry phase. This is no good. As you would expect any powder on dry skin will usually makes matters worse. But that is not a fault of this product. Just common sense I guess. But when I have an oily/shiny day this works pretty well to contain the shine and keep my makeup in place. I find I want to touch up once or twice a day and since the lid isn't that great at staying on. I am not keen on keeping it in my bag. So that would be my only issue with it. I find it easy to control the amount of powder I apply. Easy to give a light dust to problem area's or I can build it up for a heavier cover if needed.
Tips: No good if you have dry skin.
I'm not a big make up wearer, but I use this with the rimmel wake me up concealer, and this is perfect! It stays on all day, even if I am working out, and is great for taking the shine off. I love it how it doesn't make my skin break out or dry it out in any way
I put this powder over top of my concealer and it works wonders! it makes my concealer last throughout the day and creates a nice matte finish to my makeup! I definitely recommend it to friends as it is so affordable yet so worth it!
