Rimmel London Wonder'Luxe Volume Mascara

I love this mascara!! I recently received this mascara as part of my haul from the Beauty Vault yay me!

For a starter I love the colour of the tube, shiny and pretty! (Who doesn't love that?) The shape of the tube is also very cool and all in all it's very appealing to me.

I have become a bit of a Rimmel fan over the past year or so, purchasing Rimmel items I wouldn't have purchased in the past and really liking them. This was no different.

A well known brand of an item I had never used before and let me tell you, I am a real fusspot when it comes to mascara! I have been using a lash treatment as my lashes have been a bit on the yuk (not to mention, short) side lately. I was using a different mascara (cheap one) and it really just didn't make my lashes long and lovely how I wanted them.

The Rimmel Wonder'Luxe Volume Mascara states fullbodied volume and care mascara on the tube and to be honest that's what you get! The brush has short silicone bristles, not usually the type of brush I would pick, I would normally go for a brush with more bristles. But this mascara is great! It coats the lashes well, for me it doesn't clump, lasts well, gives great length and volume and the kicker for me................it washes off easily!!!

Love it and I will definitely keep purchasing this mascara, so Rimmel you better not discontinue it in a hurry!!!

Rimmel’s Wonder'Luxe Volume Mascara promises full-bodied volume and it doesn’t disappoint. While I’m not a huge fan of this curved, silicone mascara wand, the formula of the mascara is great. It coats lashes well, doesn’t flake, and lasts all day, washing off easily in the evening.

The wand tends to pick up a lot of mascara, so I give it a good wipe while removing it from the tube. I brush it through my lashes until I get the desired look. If it looks like it’s clumping, keep brushing, it will separate, eventually. There’s no need to re-dip the wand, there’s enough on there to do both eyes. I like to use the shorter bristles to do the inner corner of my upper lid, and the fuller section to do the outer. I don’t apply mascara to my bottom lashes, as there’s always a little transfer, anyway, with blinking.

I think I'm on my fourth tube of this mascara, so I'd definitely recommend it.

This mascara has a beautiful mirrored pink case. It looks fantastic, but the weight is very light, which doesn't scream quality!

The mascara itself is quite wet, which I like, I always find thick mascaras tend to clump. The brush is quite narrow with a gentle curve - it does a good job of separating my lashes.

This is quite a natural lash mascara, think 'your lashes...but better'. It's not especially lengthening or curling, but it does make them look thicker.

It removes easily (it's not waterproof) and is relatively smudge resistant.

The price is great.

I got picked to review this mascara, thanks so much! im not a big makeup wearer (skin problems) so try to stay away from heavy use. but i do like to wear mascara on occasion to spruce up the face a bit, minimal effort goes a long way! I love the tube, its a shiny rose gold colour. makes it feel a little more special. The wand end is slightly curled, i like this as it goes with the shape of my eyelids. However i feel like there was just to much on the wand when its taken out, i had to scrape some off before applying. Applying the mascara was easy, it did feel a little clumpy/lumpy though, even with scraping some off before . i did have to brush it out with another brush so it wasn't so stuck together. I liked the way it felt on, like there was nothing there, but it did make my lashes look longer and fuller (which is great cause they are really not either of those things) Even with the few problems i had i will definitely be using this one again, the results are worth the little extra time i needed to take!

First of all I absolutely adore the elegant package it comes in, definitely looks expensive!! A beautiful pinky, blush, rose coloured container. I was very excited to be picked to review this mascara as I love dramatic eyes, thick long lashes even for an every day look. I don’t necessarily think it’s the most volumising mascara I have ever used but it’s definitely a great mascara. I do generally have long lashes naturally but the mascara tends to make them look longer as the tips of my lashes are lighter so the black does show them off more. Lithe wand is shaped so you can apply the mascara to illuminate the clumps and get an easy all over application. There is no weird smell to this mascara what so ever which is awesome. I am a real gym bunny and the first day I applied this mascara I went and did an hour on the cross trainer followed by my general program and my mascara stayed put even though I was sweaty and hot. I like the price of the mascara as it’s not extremely expensive but not cheap and nasty so it’s good value for money. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it. Thanks heaps beauty review.

The thing I like most about this Mascara is how quick and easy it is to apply product. The brush coats lashes quickly, holds a nice curl, and gives you naturally fanned and longer lashes. The brush also makes it easy to tidy up any stuck lashes for an even full fan look.

Mascara staying power is very good. I normally have panda eyes with most mascaras, just oily lids or something. So I tend to use tubing formulas if I need a long wearing Mascara. However the Wonder'Luxe lasts well during the work day with minimal smudging. I was impressed!

I was fortunate to trial Rimmel Wonder'Luxe Volume Mascara. I loved the metalic look on the onside ! The Mascara itself was easy to apply and boy does it add volume to my lashes ! Really pleased with the look it achieved! There was minimal smudging and it stayed it the whole evening. It was a tad bit hard it get it off at the end of the night but all in all definitely a winner.

Just love the rose gold colour. It is a good size and comfortable to hold and use. The mascara itself is a cream like consistency and when you pull the wand out there is not too much product that comes with. I like the shape of the tip the curving mskes it easy to apply When applying it does tend to smudge but I might just have that problem since I have long lashes and every mascsra I use does this. It does does a while to dry. When you want to apply a second coat you hsve to do it while the first coat is still semi wet as I have found that it tends to make clumps It definitely does as says and gives you longer fuller lashes. I do rub/touch my eyes a lot and have found that the mascara does not last long when doing this. It is easy to clean off as I have used wipes and cleaned with my cleanser and once cleaned it comes of easily without leaving black marks or leaving you with raccoon eyes. Overall not too bad will definitely use again

Love the colour of the packaging for this mascara, the metallic packaging is super nice and with a slight curve in the packaging it makes it easy to hold.

I was super surprised when I checked out the wand on how skinny it was and was a little skeptical - however found it made the mascara super easy to apply and separated my upper and lower lashes really well.

The mascara definitely did not apply thick or clumpy and applied to the lashes really smoothly. It did take a few coats for me to get the volume benefits of the mascara, so definitely not my favourite mascara of all time, however for an affordable mascara I would look at repurchasing.

Colour was a good dark black colour too, and I found it didn't really smudge for me either which is a bonus!

Wand is curved which I loved as made it easy and flexible to apply to my lashes. I do however still prefer a bigger brush I think!

All and all a good mascara :)
